For reference, our sales representative was Michael Morris and our production coordinator was David Villarreal. Initially, Michael gave us the price of $7,960 to get our roof replaced which genuinely seemed like a great deal. Now, our roof had various soft spots due to deterioration over time and I made sure to mention this to Michael before getting the project started. I asked him if this would cause any issues with the pricing and he stated that it wouldn't. However, the day of the roof installation, Cory who is the company owner, spoke with me and informed me that the price had changed and that it'd be an extra $9,900 just to put an extra layer of plywood since the one on our roof was in bad condition. ALMOST 10 GRAND FOR PLYWOOD!! With that being said, the total price to get our roof replaced came out to be $17,860! At that point the shingles on our roof had already been taken off and there was really no turning back. Another issue I had with this company was the warranty, when I first spoke with Michael he stated that the company guaranteed a 30 year warranty for any damage to the roof. After getting the project done, we come to find out that we only have a 10 year warranty. By the way, we never involved our insurance for this repair because we really thought we were getting a great cash price at first but what's insane to me is that at the end of the day, we still need to involve the insurance for any weather damage to our roof, when that was never mentioned initially. David was also horrible with communication, he would not pick up my calls for the most part. He never answered my text message nor voicemail when I tried reaching him at some point. Lastly, he didn't even bother to reply to an email I sent him after the project was done requesting pictures of our roof for our reference. I had to call him 3 days later to have him send it over and on top of that he sounded bothered. This was overall a whole mess and a very uncomfortable situation having to communicate with David. Despite all this, the roof guys did an excellent job with our roof. I just don't recommend investing your time and money into this company when you can get the job done for WAY LESS elsewhere. I truly hope this doesn't happen to anyone else because no one should have to put up with unprofessional people or last minute price changes.

I am in the middle of selling a house and the decision to have work done is expensive in time, if not necessarily in cost, as any interior repairs would have to be done a month after the foundation work was completed, to let stress in the structure settle & relieve. One of the owner's, Frank, came out and inspected the foundation. He was extremely knowledgeable and discovered a myriad of things that I was not aware of regarding foundation work, such as the different type of piles and that because it was structural work, the repairs should be stamped by a professional engineer, and that if Continental did any work, his plans would in fact be stamped. In the end he determined that the foundation was good as is and that I did not need to go chasing unnecessary repairs at this point in time. Needless to say, that was great news to hear and shows what an upstanding company Continental Foundation is. Many other companies would have been more than happy to start digging around the house to perform costly and substandard work.
