I was a patient of Leonardo Da Silva, PMHNP, who is excellent. Unfortunately, the administrative and billing experience was unacceptable. After a very stressful day trying to reach the office through different channels to resolve an issue and clarify a billing matter, with no response whatsoever, I finally was able to express my dissatisfaction to a billing representative, whose responses were dismissive and inappropriate. I paid the balance and closed my account. Exceptional provider. Unacceptable customer service from the office. read more

First appointment. Everyone was very attentive and my coverage was explained before my appointment. I even liked* my psychiatrist, I remember her first name is Rebecca, but not her last. At some point following my appointment, I made a call to inquire about a mail order prescription I requested. I had seen it arrive and realized they did not receive my prescription. I called the office and was told after much back and forth that they cannot send my prescription to The "pharmacy on file", because it was in another state that the doctor did not practice in. Completely missing the point of mail order prescriptions! I was able to keep my cool long enough to confirm this falsehood with my insurance and when I called the office back, I received a different Staff member, luckily. They resolved my issue immediately and gave me the name of the person I spoke with previously. I asked that this person be educated in their understanding of mail order prescriptions so as to not create such a stressful situation again for other patients. *correction read more

Last week I had my therapy appointment with Robinson-Pacheco who I would highly recommend. I had an appointment with him today I called your office since it's 3:30 and no link was sent nor text I was told that I have no appointment with my therapist at all when I asked to speak with the therapy department I was told I would get a phone call whenever they are available. This is the second time that I have had an appointment canceled no one ever answers I've been on hold for the 35 minutes. I am self pay and have been for years. I always pay right before services are rendered when I should be paying after services are rendered The agency handling their appointments isn't handling people right. I signed up for the soonest appointment that they had. The doctor was free. I was free. They didn't allow the appointment to go through because I didn't send in my credit card the day before and the essay they sent was that if I don't submit my card and info by 4 pm day before (which gave me like an hour) that they would charge me a cancellation fee. I was swamped at work and clearly in need of mental health care. why would I send in my card for you to not even give me my medical care and for me to be charged an unnecessary cancellation fee when the doctor was free and I was free? wasted my time, made me feel like a paypig and not a patient read more

EDIT: please read the first review below, on Thursday Feb 27th I had the medical assistant call me again because I was still experiencing side effects, and she said "I've read the email, and Dr morales thinks you need to go to the ER" so I said, when did it go from being a stomach bug to now I need to go to the ER? This woman really said "no one said it was a stomach bug" so I'm like HUH?!?!? I'm just delusional about the conversation had on Tuesday then right? So we keep talking because I'm trying to understand why all of sudden 5 days later I'm being told go to the ER. I thought maybe it was a different medical assistant but she told me she was the same one I spoke to, so I said on Tuesday she told me that my symptoms were not symptoms of Lexapro and Inc again this woman says "I never said that" so I'm a liar then I guess right? She said she never said I was a liar but I said she was basically insinuating that, so we talk more and she says she couldn't tell me if it was side effects or not side effects and I said that's a lie because you said from your mouth they were not side effects, so she said the calls are recorded so I said pull up the recording then, and she proceeds to say if I'd like she will have a supervisor call me, so I'm like yeah definitely need that to happen and I want that recording. Of course no supervisor did call so now I will wait until Monday and if I don't hear back I will be finding a lawyer because this is absolutely INSANE, first you all take 24 hours to call me back, then when I have you all call me again I have a delusional lying medical assistant. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS PSYCHIATRIST OFFICE EVER. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Pissed off doesn't even begin to express how I feel about this office. I have severe PTSD with psychiatrists and mental health medication, and I expressed that to Dr Morales, and I thought she understood, I thought for once I had found a psychiatrist that was actually listening to me and would hear me out. She put me on Lexapro which I procrastinated taking for 2 weeks due to my fear of the side effects because I know how my body is to these type of drugs. Took the medication Sunday Feb 23rd and within hours started having SEVERE and HORRID side effects, shaking, vomiting, dizziness, sweating, diarrhea and fatigue. So I called the next day to report it, and 24 hours later on the 25th which is today, I get a call back, and am told that Dr Morales claims that these side effects I'm experiencing are not side effects common with Lexapro, and that it's probably a stomach bug ... A STOMACH BUG?!?!? I just had the stomach flu back in December and it messed me up for a month and a half, I KNOW what the F a stomach bug is, and can 10000% say that's NOT wtf it is, so the lady asks if I want an appointment to talk to her about it and I'm like sure, well they expected me to pay $30 for that appointment, and there's no way on EARTH I'm paying $30 to be gaslit and told it's not the side effects of the freaking medicine when I KNOW it is, I looked it up online the exact symptoms I was having were listed there which I'll add in the photo. I'll NEVER trust another psychiatrist again, and I'll NEVER touch mental health medicine again, I'd rather die from my anxiety and depression than ever go through these side effects again. Issue isn't so much with the medical professionals. It's the office that truly takes away from the experience. Healthcare professional was attentive, listens to my needs, and provides appropriate feedback. But the office staff is terrible. In 5 months of care, this will be the second month they do not call my prescription to my pharmacy correctly. The first time this happened, they ended up calling the prescription incorrectly three times in two days. The staff is VERY generic with their service, doesn't seem to be paying attention to what the patients are saying on the phone, and clearly do not check their work. Not a good look when you are calling in chemicals that can alter one's brain chemistry. This is compounded by how long they take to even respond or follow up. Not a good mix. I now find myself low on medication and crossing my fingers in hopes they get my medication right. I've already spoken to them 2x today, and no resolution. In summary, Health Care Professionals are good, but the office service team are flaky at best. I'm already looking for another provider. Wouldn't recommend given the carelessness of the office team. ****Update, call number 3 on the second instance they did not get my prescription. After speaking to the representative, there are no notes of me calling today. read more

I am very disappointed with my treatment at this organization. I paid for the doctor's appointment, but they sent me the link to fill out the questionnaire for the doctor only 30 minutes after the appointment started. I never got to the online meeting with the doctor, they did not return my money and spoke to me very rudely. I came for help, I am very upset about separation from my relatives and am completely alone, I wanted to find support, but the woman at the reception rudely said that the fact that I have not seen my family for two years and miss them very much is nonsense, since she has not seen her family for ten years and does not care. She caused me very deep moral suffering. I asked for help, and they hurt me even more. I cried for a long time after talking to this clinic and now I am undergoing post-traumatic treatment with another doctor. It's hard to believe this establishment has 5 star reviews. It makes me wonder if the great reviews are submitted by staff given free drugs for their own issues. They are THE MOST UNORGANIZED group of people in the medical field I have ever dealt with. I now have to await any fraudulent use of my ID and insurance cards because they lost it twice, completely bungled two appointments in a row and just don't give a crap about their mistakes. They steal. Twice they've charged my FSA when I've told them I have an HRA through Cigna. It took almost 2 months to get the first one refunded. Now they're saying they won't refund their second mistake until Cigna pays, when they should NOT have charged it to begin with. Would not recommend simply for the horrible experience I've had with their front desk/billing department. I shouldn't have to deal with this once let alone twice. And what's really upsetting me right now is I'm looking at the charge to Cigna HRA, so they're basically double dipping and holding my prescription money hostage. Ridiculous. read more
