Come and go away couldn't figure it out. Recently flew down to South Florida and the pain was killer on the 1st and 2nd day over the weekend. I had to find a podiatrist to figure the pain. The nursing staff is nice too. The only problem is there rude, toxic front desk. Every time I was in the line I thought I'm begging for food rations. I've always on time and had to wait at least 35-45 minutes to be seen every single time. Today I showed up 24 minutes late after a shoulder surgery for a follow up. I had no nanny and had to deal with a 14- months old with me having one arm. Yes, daddy could help but there's unexpected pooping and nappy change prior to leaving that I didn't plan for. The office gave me attitude like "oh, but your appointment was at 8". Yes, bitch. Had I showed up at 8 I would still be waiting to be called. Why do doctors think they are the only one whose time is important. I had to take time off a very well-paying job to come wait around as well. Normally it will take me more than 2 hours in this office for a 15 minutes face time with a doctor. Both my parents were physicians and I worked in patient registration in their hospital growing up. I never had this type of issue. People who had long wait time are the walk in that we only could fit them in between appointments. If you want to me keep my appointment absolutely on the dot, do yours yourself!!!!'

He's patient, he listens to you and he thoroughly explains things to you, He's definitely not one of those Drs who just prescribes you medication and tells you to come back in a couple of weeks. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is from a couple of issues relating to the staff (not calling in meds, kind of a big deal). The admin assistants were then dealing with a heavier set lady (who worked there) with short curly hair who spoke to them like them were dirt on her shoe. All loud and aggressive for the entire waiting room to watch and feel uncomfortable. So no wonder the front of house staff treats people coming in the door terribly when that's how they are treated internally. We wasted time filling out all documents and sitting for an hour before being told being seen here would be a liability because he had already had a surgery on his clavicle. All we wanted was to review his pain management and wound care. Not to mention the place is FILTHY from the outside. You are a dollar sign to these people. And I'm not even sure they have qualified enough staff. Overall nightmare.

My pain always returns sometimes taking my breath away. Level 8 pain is excruciating and debilitating. Several years ago it was recommended that I meet with Dr Chad Frank. My friend was confident Dr Frank could offer relief from my suffering. I knew nothing about Osteopathic treatment but took the advice and made the appointment. My experience with the Non-Surgical Center for Physical and Sports Medicine Center has been wonderful. The waiting room never has more than one or two patients because the staff understand the value of patients time. It's a wonderful thing to be treated courteously by office staff. Dr Chad Frank has been able to relieve my back pain which allows me greater range of motion. I know that when my back "goes out" I can trust that Dr Frank will be there to help. I have practically crawled into the center at times because when my back acts up the pain is intense. After just one visit I realize significant relief from my agony. I have not used drugs or injections as part of my treatment with Dr Frank. I know it's an option, but I have not needed to do so. I feel blessed and grateful for Dr Chad Frank. I confidently recommend the Non-Surgical Center for Physical and Sports Medicine.

The staff at the front desk are nice but they are insanely tough to get a hold of. I had to call back to back multiple times over a few different days before I finally got a return on my phone calls to confirm a couple appointments. The place is spacious and they have a handful of different gym machines such as a leg press and elliptical. Everything is in up to date shape and wiped down between clients. The PT was very friendly and even gave us papers with the exercises and stretches to do at home, as well as a couple different strength elastic bands so they would be able to be used at home as well. Overall it's a great location and some friendly staff. If I have to come back for something when it comes to PT I'll make sure to come here!

The PT's here are friendly and actually care about their patients. When I was here doing some sessions because of a fall at work, the PT's were all talking about what they were doing over the weekend as well as giving good recommendations about new places to try, to their patients. The location is very easy to find but there isn't too much parking, so it may be difficult to get a spot when it tends to get busier. There also isn't much seating in the lobby area so just a heads up! The therapy/office area is one giant open area with many different machines around it to work on, depending what you need help with. My PT was super friendly, made sure I knew exactly what I was doing and how to do it as well as gave me some resistance bands and exercises printed out to do at home in between sessions. I will come back here in the future if I ever need more stretching or therapy for sure!

I came here because I injured my ankle after running a half marathon in 2019 and after years of feeling the effects of this injury, I wanted to get it checked out. I was recommended this office by my PCP. It was super easy to make an appointment which is starkly different from the many appointments I've had to make for my health this year. The staff was friendly on the phone and equally as friendly and efficient when I walked into the office for my appointment. I was checked in and taken back within 5 minutes. They asked what I was in for- quickly took x-rays of my foot, and Dr. Messina was in to see me in the next five minutes. Although my appointment with him was pretty fast, I didn't feel rushed and he talked through my concerns with me. He has great bedside manner and I've also heard nothing but great things on reviews. I was told that my appointment would only take around 20 minutes and they weren't lying. It was a super fast but helpful visit. Excited to finally heal my injury with the help of this office.

This occurs due to an incomplete fusion of the bone during development. I didnt need them taken out as he wanted to do. He said I would get used to walking without them. I took my xrays to other doctors and they said I didnt need surgery. That they were bipartite. I am heal and fine.
