I appreciate that kind of integrity and honesty in a company and will work with them again in a heartbeat. It's not easy finding people you can trust for home odd jobs. If my mom lived in Illinois, this is the company I'd call to help her. Initially, I had a snag with this company after scheduling them to come out and they cancelled at the last minute on the day of the appointment. The owner worked with me and after listening to my mini-tirade agreed to set up an another appointment. They seemed open to constructive criticism to set them apart from other companies.
