seriously. i read the other reviews when i needed a local printer, i trusted them, i was not…read moredisappointed. here's the scoop: i needed 2000 double-sided full color cards printed fast - next biz day was preferred. i let them know how quickly i needed the cards, and Rosie - i think she runs the place?- was honest enough to let me know i'd be better off going to someplace like fedex. she said that they could certainly do it, but that they would like to make sure i get quality at a fair price. i asked her to give me a quote anyway for the best turnaround. the quote was good, the turnaround was 5 biz days. fedex was, as always, nice, professional, transparent, and could deliver on my timeline. for 3 times the price of printing solutions. i'm always confident that a smaller, local place can do quality work, so i went back to rosie and worked with her some more on the timeline. there was a rush fee that was almost as much as the entire fee for the job itself, but it was one i was happy to pay. out the door, i still paid 2/3 what i would have paid at FedEx. i saved significantly, used a local business, got a quality product, and couldn't have dealt with a nicer person. i HIGHLY recommend printing solutions. my grandparents always had stories about one-on-one business dealings that left both parties happy; the halcyon days of small business. printing solution is all the spirit of those feel-good days with all the capability of business needs today.

Unfortunately everything changed the moment the new owner, Ashwan, took over. On his very first day as owner, a package worth nearly $1,000 went missing. While I was obviously upset, I stayed calm and understood mistakes can happen. What shocked me was his response. He straight up told me it was "not his responsibility or problem" because he had just taken ownership of the store. A few days later, after seeing other reviews mentioning packages going missing under the new ownership, I realized I still had more valuable packages there and rushed over after work to pick them up. I arrived exactly at 6:00 PM and instead of showing even basic courtesy or professionalism, he refused to let me grab my packages because the store was "closed." Considering they had already lost a major package of mine, any decent owner would've taken 30 seconds to open the door and help the customer protect their property. Instead he chose arrogance and disrespect. A few minutes later when he left the store, I confronted him about refusing to let me retrieve my packages and documented the interaction outside the storefront. The following day he handed me a termination letter banning me from the business and told me he would no longer speak to me regarding anything related to the store. On top of that, he refused to refund the prepaid yearly service I had already paid for. So besides being rude, incompetent, and completely unprofessional, he's apparently also a thief, keeping money for services he refuses to provide. DO NOT USE THIS STORE EVER!
