I've used several of Print & Play's services on multiple occasions: everything from purchasing various bits and bobs (meeples, tokens, etc), to printing custom cards, hex tiles, and even game boards. Apparently they even do 3D printing now, as well! Turn around time for most orders is around 48 hours, and the convenience of being able to drive up and pick up my order on a lunch break, bypassing shipping fees, is huge, and gets the components into my hands swiftly, allowing me to continue brainstorming and testing. That is, until I get a new idea, and have to print everything over again! /facepalm I would say prices are very reasonable; I've seen similar vendors online that charge the same or more, plus shipping, for the same quality of components, so I've yet to find a competitive alternative. My only negative experiences with Admagic were years ago, when two separate custom card deck orders ended up with upwards of half of the deck misprinted or improperly cut, resulting in ugly, off-center, virtually unusable cards. It took some sorting out through several (rather frustrated) emails on my part, and a discussion with the owner, Shari Spiro. Fortunately, we had serendipitously met at PAX a few years prior, and had exchanged information when we discovered we lived in the same town, and I was in the process of designing my own game. Once everything was sorted out, I was satisfied, and continue to use Print and Play's services to this day. Board game design feels like a "one-step forward, three steps back" process at times, but I'm glad to have Admagic there to help me pick up the pieces...as well as print new ones! This was & is a real review that explained my experience with Ryonet in December of 2016. Below is the original review. I also find it funny that other negative reviews for this company are listen under the "reviews that are not currently recommended". 12/8/16- "I'd like to thank Ryonet for trying to steal my money. I ordered ink early last week. Ryonet took my money & only shipped half of the order out. I never received a shipping confirmation. Half of my order arrived late last night. I contacted Ryonet today to try & find out where the rest of my order was & I'm told that the ink I selected, ordered, charged & paid for was discontinued. The ink was still on the site, my card was charged & I received an order confirmation. At no point did Ryonet ever take the time to alert me that this product was discontinued. I'm sitting here waiting for this ink to arrive in order to do a job & now I'm screwed. How do you charge people for a product that you no longer carry? How do you not at the very least let the person (who was already charged for the product & shipping) know that you no longer carry this product? How do you not take it off of the site at the very least? You would have been fine with just keeping my money if I never bothered contacting you.
