Mail scans. Apparently not a thing. I have requested twice to have mail items scanned. After waiting a week for the first one, I had the mail picked up. They still list it as 'scan pending'. The second one has been a week and still no scan. I will be looking to move to another provider. read more

I lost my old profile with followers and old reviews. Not sure how that happened. But, when you get lemons, and you love them like I do, you peel them and enjoy. Or, you make lemonade. I have visited this business a few times at their old address in the Orchards area. Now, I've had the privilege of being able to use their services in their new location on Evergreen Street. They still have excellent service, and now they have great coffee also. I wish I could remember the names of the two young people who gave me such excellent service, my bad, but today's visit, 20th April, was no less than expected, a good experience. I went there today to get my fingerprints done. ( I didn't want to do it the old fashioned way, sporting handcuffs into the local precinct). They are so reasonable on their prices. I've had this done through the school system before and the price was absurdly high. It's quite refreshing to save money and be treated kindly AND get good coffee. I went into D&C Mailboxes to find a mailbox for my mom. Daryl, who owns the place, couldn't have been nicer, more accommodating and on top of everything we needed. There's a lot more than just shipping here too. We also found some great office supplies and even some greeting cards and gift bags we had been needing. I appreciated Daryl's straight forward approach to our needs. I would recommend D&C for shipping, or if you need a temporary mailbox. He even has a computer you can use in there! One of my pet peeves is going anywhere near our Post Office. I'm sure the employees are all nice, but it ALWAYS has a line, and it seems they never have more than 2 people at the counter. There's never a line, and Daryl does business in a friendly, prompt, and helpful manner that makes sending packages FUN. This place is pretty cute. It has a nice small selection of mailing supplies. You can also get them to make banners and signs for you. You can get items shredded, keys made, paper copies, and ship packages. They just opened up recently but I hope they take off. The person behind the counter was very friendly and when I asked about getting a mailbox he was very knowledgeable. This is closer to my house than a post office so it's a great option for me. I will definitely come back to deliver more items to friends and family! read more
