they let an electrician into my studio with ZERO notice other than, we told you the lights were…read moregetting replaced it's your fault. they NEVER SAID WHEN, which week that would be NOTHING. then the electrician books my services with me, and uses that as permission to gain entry into my leased property knowing I had an appointment that evening. my equipment and workstation ended up becoming contaminated and dirty it up, I had to reschedule that appointment that evening and going forward I've had to reschedule this week. My tattoo machines are on warranty and I would have to send them to Canada to be disassembled disinfected put back together and retuned. Since the incident has occurred, I have been placed that blame and they have also taken the blame and said that all parties were at fault however, no resolution has ever been reached. I really hope No one Else has a bad experience like this. im out of money and time and will be moving out this weekend. They take ZERO RESPONSIBILITY. It's a shame that they are very little laws that take care of tenants. Please be careful about who you sign a lease with.

Since this was our first time building a home we had a lot of questions. Armando was great at explaining the building process and always willing to meet us out there to look through things. I have called the office and left a message no response. I have gone by the office on two different occasions only to be told the system is down, or they would check with maintenance. I have sent maintenance a message and asked what the status of the repair is, no response. I have emailed management, no response. The staff in the office thinks it is cute and even funny to put people off. I have never seen such incompetency and laziness in my life, the employees are only here for a paycheck and/or reduced rent. I have lived in many apartments across this country and have worked security for some and I know it does not take two weeks to get a part especially when you have Lowe's and Home Depot less than 5 miles away. I finally had to file a complaint with the corporate office, waiting to see if they will respond.

And they never inform you at a decent time that the pool is closed they always let you know at the end of the day or not at all. There's always trash everywhere: at the pool, at the parking lots... There's never any parking spots available. Management is nice people but it's all very inconvenient. If i didn't want a gated complex with a pool i would've looked elsewhere for cheaper...
