That I must have a white trust generator too, which isn't worth more than the lot they're renting me and my trailer combined probably 3 times over be very careful trying to rent with these people because if you're not up to their standards. They won't rent to you. I don't understand what the look of my trailer has to do would be paying my rent to rent a spot there. And my generator's not loud and doesn't bother anybody yet.This other r v plays , i'm at so why would they assume that it's gonna bother anyone around their trailer park.I was needing to move my trailer to a closer location.Because I'm trying to get to work at Walmart in the automotive department and where I'm located at right now.My uber cost me thirty dollars there and thirty dollars back , but thanks to these people discriminating against me, I'm not good enough to rent there and be closer to my job, so be careful without renting it in arby's spot there because they might discriminate against your trailer. The place is littered with dog poop everywhere, making it unpleasant to walk around. There are abandoned RVs throughout the park, giving it a rundown and neglected feel. To make matters worse, people park in your designated spot without any consequences, and management allows others to move your personal property without permission. The so-called manager and co-owner are unprofessional and do nothing to maintain order. If you're looking for a safe, clean, and well-managed RV park, this is NOT the place for you.

The owner was extremely helpful and understanding of our changing situation. We were able to pay with our card, which is a huge plus for me. The spot is a caliche lot with plenty of parking. They have WiFi and you get your own router for a fifty dollar deposit. We had to reset it once a day, but we were able to stream Netflix just fine. As soon as we left, we got our deposit back. We would definitely stay here again.
