At the time of cancellation I was told that they would call before arriving and I gave them to current phone number. They didn't show and didn't call. Come January I receive a bill for December. When I called to dispute the bill, I was told that not only did I owe December but also January now. They had called the 2 numbers that I had told them were no longer in service. There were 2 people at the home waiting for them but they claimed that no one answered the door. When I spoke to the the manager she told me that there was no reason to discuss the matter because "she did not believe me and that I was not going to believe her". Worst customer service ever!
