I called and the owner has been very helpful. Apparently, she fulfills orders for WinoWorld. She also attempted to contact their owner, but has been unable to reach him for 10 days. So, long(ish) story short, I've given up hope on WinoWorld and am placing my order through Wine4U. I would strongly recommend that others do the same.

Nice neighborhood mini store to pick up beverages, liquor, snacks and toiletries (and lotto and…read morescratch tickets) located along the highway. They also carry their logoed growler and you can fill it with tap beer at the store (they carry a variety). Prices are fair and reasonable. The two ladies behind the counter are extra friendly and helpful, too. Make sure you pick up a treat (jerky) for the sweet old lab mix who waits by the door for a treat (he belongs to the house behind the store, we were told).

The store is packed with all your usual liquor store options plus a nice selection of fine cigars, but I spent most of my time cruising the bourbon aisle and checking out their store picks and hard-to-find bottles. The staff was friendly and genuinely knowledgeable, the kind of people who actually talk shop with you. Scored a bottle of Elmer T. Lee, one of my white whales, and walked out a happy man.
