My most purchased items are jewelry. It was not until recently that I discovered it was a consignment shop. I had quite a few things I wanted to sell and realized I could do it at The Attic. I had a great experience with the consignment process, very simple. I received wonderful one on one attention with my things and any follow up questions I had were quickly answered. The whole staff is super nice and helpful and they play great music in the shop, which always makes for a pleasant shopping or browsing experience. I will continue to patronize The Attic whether I have any consignments or not. It's a terrific place in a fabulous location. Love it there, it has such a great vibe!

The workers always are pre occupied and doesn't greet you ( well me anyway). I was in the back looking at items with a worker 2 feer from me and she never acknowledged my existence until I greeted her. I've been in customer service for over 30 years and kindness, like honey, will draw more people, not bees. Be a little more welcoming . ​

Then get your amount, and go get your cash in person. Because they declare your clothing/consignmen as "aged out" at a certain point, you never know if anything really sells or not. After communicating with Dawn, her responses and explanations of my questions made me feel like Girl on the Hill Framing was the one to go with. I'm glad I did!
