No issues with the bill and it's now been a few months. I'll come back to this store for any of my cellular needs. Jayden and Topher were amazing!

This place is pure evil. I don't know if she is still there, but Daniella scammed me and my mom so…read morebadly. What seemed like a fine but strange transaction--considering her utter disregard for professionalism (i.e., interrupting our conversations to yell to coworkers across the floor to shoot the s*word, losing focus and making errors to the changes in our bill). Obviously, in hindsight, it was not a fine transaction because everything she sold us on was just a fraudulent scheme to get a good commission. Things that happened that should not have: 1. Adding a new phone line to our plan would reduce our bill by almost half, and she showed us what our monthly would look like. What actually happened: our bill came back with a $400 charge in addition to our regular monthly fees. 2. The store would overnight the iPhone I wanted because it was out of stock. What actually happened: UPS delivered the phone to the store two days later, causing me to have to change my travel plans and miss work. 3. Transferring the data from my old phone to my new one would take hours, but if I let the store do it, it would take about 1 hour. What actually happened: I was in the store for over 2 hours because Daniella and another employee kept assuring me that it would be "just another 20 or 30 minutes or so" over and over again. (At that point, I was not leaving the store without the new phone.) What ended up happening: our bill continued to be almost double the price we had been paying for months. My poor mom is old-fashioned, and technology is not her friend, so she makes our joint monthly payment in the store. The store could not resolve the issue or help us at all. Another store said the bill would return to the price we were told would be "next month." It didn't happen. It didn't happen the month after that, either. After spending hours on the phone with AT%Ts customer service, being transferred from one department to the other, expecting a phone call "within two to three business days," and being completely shut down over and over again, I was able to negotiate a plan that is around the same price we were paying before. But yet, our contract is now extended, locking us in for another few years, and billing issues continue to plague us. My advice: Walk from Carlinville to the Wood River AT&T store before even thinking about going to the store on the square. But if you do go in, pray Daniella is not working and hope that the store starts treating its hardworking, paying customers with the quality service they deserve.
