When I brought this to his attention and asked when he could come out and fix the issue - he kept arguing with me about it, then realized he misunderstood what I was saying (because he wouldn't come out and take a look for himself) then asked and kept asking for pictures THEN blamed his mistake on me!! He is horrible. If you're just needing a picture hung - he might be your guy but for anything else, DO NOT HIRE THIS PERSON!
