The few times I went to SBP felt a little cramped, but that was a while ago. They refresh a portion of the wall Wednesday night. Staff and climbers are pretty friendly. I think Edgeworks ratings are a little harder compared to SBP. Parking is pretty easy to find given the size of the lot. I started with a 10 day pass but if you're going to go 3 times in the month, you can just convert the rest to a membership. Also occasionally they have no activation fee signup so you should subscribe to their email if you're looking for extra savings.

What initially seemed minor quickly escalated into a much more serious, full-body condition requiring an ER visit and follow-up care with a dermatologist. This has been an incredibly stressful and painful experience for our family, all stemming from what should have been a safe and well-maintained facility. I did contact management to report what happened. While they stated that their cleaning and maintenance procedures are within guidelines, that response was frustrating given the outcome and the severity of my daughter's condition. Proper sanitation of hot tubs is critical, and based on our experience, I would urge others to be cautious. Unfortunately, I can't recommend using the hot tub facilities here.

Hello, my name is Brian and I would like to share my story with you, hopefully what happened to me…read moredoesn't happen to more people. I joined my local planet fitness in Bellevue Washington. The club was decent and at first a good deal. A few weeks after joining the gym I was doing bench press and ended up tearing my left rotator cup. I immediately knew something was wrong. I went to the doctor and they sent me to physically therapy for 3 months which didn't impress the injury. During this time i ask the manager to cancel my membership because i couldn't lift anything. He said you just paid your yearly membership so why don't i pause it. I did that and continued to getting a MRI and finding a Surgon. I realized one day my account was being billed and i called in and ask why i was being billed. The manager said i will work on it and you won't be billed tell you come back to the gym. Here I am a few years later and I just realized i have been paying for my membership for months. I went in and talk to some smart kid maybe 20 years old that basically told me there was no one i could talk to about this. No managers name, told me no manager was there. Said there was no phone number i could call to get my money back. No costumer service phone number???? Anyways I asked to cancel on the spot and they said your still getting billed for this next month......I got furious and felt like i was really just a number and not a person. Finally a manager cameout and helped me cancel. I was billed close to $1000 dollars over the last few years and i asked to have my account paused. If you do join, make sure you watch them like a hawk, only work with managers to get things handled on your account and know there is know one you can talk to if you ever have a problem with your bill. I maybe used my membership 10 times during this whole time. Buyer Beware!!
