This has been the worst experience I've had at a chiropractor ever. And I was already at many offices nationwide I had some pain in my leg and went for some appointments my spine. After 4 treatments they told me that the bill is already around $ 700. I immediately stopped going there because I do not think this prize reflects the service. not at all!!!!! I called the practice, and the reception but they always told me I need to wait until the insurance answers. I have gotten no response or phone call, only a bill. Very unprofessional. In the end I just received the bill and it was close to $500. I emailed and left several voicemails for their office manager. She never called me back. After months somebody talked with me about the invoice and told me this is a normal invoice and every line is correct. She pushed me to pay otherwise there will be consequences she said. If your insurance pays everything people might accept it but it should not be the normal way. This chiropractor is the worst and most expensive one I have ever visited with zero results. I lost a lot of money and I really tell everybody - there are so many chiropractors out there - you don't need to waste your money at myspine sports Chiropractic in Issaquah. The customer service is bad too and nobody cares for your issues. The only answer I received was the same invoice with a "Past due" stamp on it. A chiropractic appointment is barely 5-10 minutes and many charge under $30 per appointment even with no insurance, and they're charging $150 per visit? Don't come here if you have a serious issue!! The treatment made me worse and they didn't even say sorry for it! I have low back pain and came in to see Dr. David Lee. He started treatment before examining all of my x-rays and letting me finish my list of symptoms. I think he is too young and lack hands-on experience. My pain and numbness increased after a few treatments from him. I asked him why. He didn't explain... Worst chiropractic experience in my life! For a chiropractor, hands-on experience is really important because they work with their hands. I strongly recommend you not to see him if you have major spine issue! read more

Whatever you do, do not go to MySpine, worst decision of my life to come here. I made an appointment with Jason Kim, and was only able to do two sessions, because of the severe side effects of his "treatment". I called immediately after my first appointment to ask questions about how I was feeling and the office manager and Jason blew me off. I've never been to a chiro before, but I dont think that I should have been covered in bruises and feeling sick from one treatment. Many medical bills later, I am still trying to recover from only two sessions of what was supposed to help correct bad posture. Im appalled at how little care I received at this place. I'm so relieved to have found My Spine. I've seen Dr. Mo several times for a variety of reasons and at each visit he takes time, listens, and really cares. Although, the office does work with sports injuries I'm not an athlete. Dr. Mo helped me with back, shoulder, knee pain and headaches. After each visit I feel a lot better. Currently, he's treating my Plantar Fasciitis, and I'm seeing real progress. Important to me too is the fact that the office is relaxing and the staff is caring an compassionate. This has been the worst experience I've had at a chiropractor. After a recent accident, I took my 17 year old daughter to mySpine as it came recommended from one of her friends. Dr Justin Lee provided the first treatment that was good, but then the next time my daughter's treatment was provided by Dr. Kim. He did not manipulate my daughter's spine but asked her to do cat-cow pose - many repetitions - all the while staring at her in a way that made her very uncomfortable. So she came to the reception and told the girl there that she did not want to work with Dr. Kim. She was then told by the receptionist that they could not do anything to change her doctor. So she told them then she would not come anymore as she wasn't comfortable. She should have canceled her appointments right there, but being a 17 year old she did not think to do so. She came back and told me she was not going anymore as she did not like the treatment. After this incident, I did not get any calls from this practice. But after 2 weeks I received a bill for $150 for 3 missed appointments. I called the practice, and the reception told me they knew nothing about it. I emailed and left several voicemails for their office manager. She never called me back. Then I received another letter in the mail saying the charges were fair as my daughter did not show up for the appointments. Really? She specifically told the reception she would not be coming back. Rather than be concerned, or call her parent (me), they just let her appointments slide and then sent me a bill. I asked them why they hadn't called me, and they said they did not have my number. This is a lie as my daughter's guarantor and it being an accident claim I had filled out several forms with my information. Then Dr. Justin Lee contacted, me gave me a long winded explanation and the end result? Rather than care about my daughter's well being, he just insisted that the $50 charge per missed appointment was fair. Even if a teenager is feeling really uncomfortable? And no one contacted the parent after the first missed appointment? A chiropractic appointment is barely 5-10 minutes and many charge under $30 per appointment even with no insurance, and they're charging $50 for a missed appointment? It's clear they're using this as a money making machine rather than trying to get people well again. I am extremely frustrated by their cavalier attitude and their lack of any concern for my daughter's issues. They just waited for a while and kept billing late charges without trying to contact me. Who does that? And after several emails and phone calls from me, they've just replied by letter or email, never in person and they're still insisting I owed them this charge. I asked for an in-person meeting but they couldn't find the time while my daughter was still in town before she left for college. I'm appalled by their handling of the situation and lack of concern. I have been to many other chiropractors and they have taken good care of me, and been more concerned about my well-being than missed appointments. When I told them I will be sharing my experience on Yelp, they could care less. So here it is. I do not recommend this place. read more

Dr. Lee is an outstanding chiropractor who is very in tune with my health needs. Roger is a great massage therapist, and Yelena is the most conscientious medical office professional I have ever met. Great docs! Very thorough care.

My entire family trusts Dr. Justin Lee to take care of our chiropractic needs. We've been seeing him since he was in Bellevue and have followed him out here. My brother had seen Dr. Justin for his scoliosis, and I've been there after accidents. My mother has had frozen shoulder issues and only Dr. Justin (& Roger back in the day) could help remedy her issues. Recently she was in so much pain that she couldn't sleep and we knew we had to make the trek from Renton to get the best care possible for her. Once again a miracle was made and she was 60% fixed after one visit. Of course it's going to take some more time but we know we will get the best care available here. read more

As a grandparent, I like to sit on the floor to play with my grandchildren. Following each play time, I find my lower back to be very tight and uncomfortable. When this happens, I call MySpine and am able to get in very close to my desired time. Justin is awesome. He is very engaging and very professional. After each visit, I feel great. Dr. David Lee is as good as they come. It was my first visit, but Dr. David did an amazing job explaining the details of the treatment. Not only did he help with my pain, I had fractured my scaphoid and just recently gotten my cast taken off, and he noticed the scar and in addition to the spine treatment, he helped with alleviating the scar tissue around the wrist and improving my mobility. Talk about getting a two for 1! I've always had my reservations about going to a chiropractor, but Dr David was a true professional and helped convert me into a big fan of it. I've never written a Yelp review but feel as though I need to after my experience with MySpine. I had gone to get treatment after a referral from a fellow friend. The staff are friendly and the treatment is average. Every appointment I was always told by Brittany that I did not have a copay, that everything is covered by my insurance. I received a bill (4 months after my first visit) for $20 with a note that says "Sorry for the delay as we have had technical issues." Anyway, I take the bill in to address it as I was always told I had no copay on every visit. Again, I was told by Brittany not to worry about it. After about 10 months of therapy and 13 sessions I go in for my next appointment & see a new employee at the front. She informs me I have $15 copay. I ask her to double check as I have gone through the motions before everything was cleared. Then the office manager Yelena gets back to me and says yeah you do have a $15 copay. I tell her I was inquiring about this as I have never paid a copay and the only bill I received was cleared up. She informs me that I've always had a copay and the previous employee did not do a good job of collecting them. She then explains that sending me my bill through the mail or telling me my copay at each visit is a "courtesy." It's definitely not a "courtesy" it's the business' responsibility. I just received a huge bill from MySpine for all the copays their staff failed to inform me of. I guess 1) honesty does not pay off and 2) they do not assume any accountability for there employees. I wrote an email to the chiropractor David Lee and have gotten no response or phone call, only a bill. Very unprofessional. read more

Stay away unless you want to be nickeled and dimed and then when you reach out to them, not even receive the courtesy of receiving a call back. Very unsatisfied with this business for multiple reasons. My spouse went here for a spinal adjustment. Before he went he check with his insurance company to see what was covered by our insurance. Our out of pocket cost was $20 in office co-pay and 5% of treatment. Instead of a small $25-$40 ($20 co-pay and the 5% deductible) bill we received a $83 bill in the mail! I called the office to ask for an explanation and was forwarded to the office managers voicemail. She never bothered to call me back, only email my husband another itemized bill. They charged him for three separate charges. One charge for "Office out patient visit 10 minutes" $61.50 (after the insurance adjusted it down from $75) and second charge of $26.07 (after the insurance adjusted it down from $50) for "Chiropractic manipulative tx spinal 1-2 regions". And the last charge $57 (after the insurance adjusted it down from $84) for "manual therapy tqs 1/regions each 15 minutes"... he adjusted his hips, which DIDN'T take 15 minutes... The problem with this bill is that it turns out the $57 charge for "manual therapy tqs 1/regions each 15 minutes" is not covered under "Chiropractic treatment". (Because according to insurance, "only manipulation of the spine is covered under chiropractic". When my husband was discussing treatment with the chiropractor the topic of concern was his back. For the chiropractor to then go ahead and adjust his hips, while nice... If it's not cover by the insurance, which the chiropractor never informed my husband, is irresponsible and just bad practice. The second problem (the bigger of the two) turned up when we reached out to the office to try and discuss why the visit was billed this way. I called and was told to leave a message for the woman in charge of billing, not once, not twice, not three times, but FOUR TIMES and NEVER received a call back to discuss the bill. I'm not sure how much more horrible patient/customer service can get! They just ignore you. Haha. Needless to say we paid the bill and will never be going back. read more

Dr. David is amazing - he's kept me in running, biking, and swimming shape since I moved to Issaquah. He really focuses on getting you back to athletic performance. Quality of care is as good as it gets, particularly for athletes (serious and weekend warriors). Only complaint is that the staff can be a little disorganized when it comes to billing, although it has gotten better. read more

I tried at-least 5 different Chiro on the Eastside for my upper back and neck pain and didn't have long lasting results. Dr. David and Devin both had a perfect treatment plan for my pain management which worked wonders. Devin has a knack of finding knots in muscles that I didn't know were sore prior. Dr.David's adjustments also lasted longer than my previous exp. The front desk gals are also very courteous and treat you well. Overall an excellent exp and I highly recommend this office. read more

Dr Justin is simply awesome. His knowledge and skill are beyond measure. He takes the time to really educate me on the cause of any ache or pain, giving details in how the muscles , tendons and bones all work together . He never makes me feel rushed and always answers all my questions in depth . I have seen several chiropractors of the years with my two daughters. I was completely impressed after one visit of speaking with Dr. Justin Lee and how he treated my daughter with her back and hip pain. All of the chiropractors we had been to in the past were all about returning 2-3 times a week for months and just adjusting you. They do much more than adjust at mySpine and incorporate physical therapy, ART and Graston treatments. I saw Dr. David Lee for my neck pain which he treated with ART and made my neck feel much better right away. read more

Dr David Lee is incredible and I will gladly drive the 30+ minutes to go to him. I couldn't find consistent relief after 8 or so visits at another chiropractor's office close to my home and so I went out to Issaquah after getting a referral to visit him. Only 2 visits later and all of the pain in my lower back is gone, I'm back at the gym every day, and he gave me great exercises for preventing future injuries. read more
