The issue was not my insurance. I have the same insurance and benefits that I used with my previous chiropractor, who is now retired, as well as with my current chiropractor. Both use standard chiropractic billing codes and have never billed me separately for massage or rehabilitation services. In addition, they provided more thorough care and spent significantly more time addressing my concerns. The core issue here is a lack of honesty and transparency. Services were billed without clearly explaining them upfront, resulting in overbilling without proper disclosure. Transparency and clear communication do not appear to be a priority in your practice. read more

I have struggled with lower back pain for years. I am kyphotic and have scoliosis, so I'm curved in two dimensions. I have gone to chiropractors before and got temporary relief. I even bought a lumbar traction device that I use to ease my pain at home. Dr. Larson is the first person who has been able to give me some lasting relief. He does his own x-rays in house so he can diagnose the problem immediately and go to work on it. He uses manual techniques and he's a big guy, so when he stretches you out, you know you've been stretched!! His staff is great -- friendly and funny and very attentive. Dr Larson and staff are very kind, friendly and professional. I came into the office with headaches hoping to see if it was my neck causing the pain. I didn't bother to mention my constant back pain because, after visiting a few physicians, none seemed to be able to help. Dr Larson took a full set of x-rays and could see I have both back and neck issues: 20% spinal scoliosis and flattening of the curve in my neck. Dr Larson has been treating me for 6 months now and I am doing much better. The headaches have diminished and I have much more flexibility in my spine and am able to have much more endurance with walking and daily activities. What a chaotic hot mess. You walk in ~ Toys everywhere, the owners kids screaming, running around and beating up on each other. They must have decided not to pay for child care and keep the kids in the shop. On one hand, I understand. We LOVE Dr. John! My body literally craves going in for an adjustment! I love his no-nonsense, hands-on approach -- nothing New Age here. Just great adjustments that relieve headaches and all kinds of muscular skeleton pains. I started going to Dr. John 3 years ago after a significant pelvic injury, one where I was unsure if I would ever walk again without pain or a noticable limp. His gentle adjustments slowly realigned my bones and now I am 100% pain free and can even run again. Amazing! And whenever I have a headache, he's the first person I call. I stopped in last Friday for an adjustment, and I am so glad I did! After going to several chiropractors in the Seattle area, I finally found a great one. Upon my arrival to the clinic I was greeted by two smiles from Stephanie and Becky at the front desk, they were both super friendly and professional. The clinic was really neat and had a spa like feeling with private adjustment rooms. I had been to several clinics that were in an open setting and it just doesn't feel right or personal. Dr. John's adjustment was exactly what I needed. His adjustment is very analytical and precise with no harsh movements. He helped me greatly with my back pain and headaches! Full disclosure: John is a long-time friend. My mom has been sick and in a nursing facility, and she's been struggling with back pain for months. John is pretty much nowhere near where my mom is, but I contacted him for a recommendation in her area. Without hesitation, he offered to travel to her with his portable table on his day off! Dr. John is fantastic! Can't recommend him enough... he is way more informative than other chiropractors I have been to, and does great work. I have always had back pain, and my leg goes numb after a long day of work, and I haven't been to a chiropractor in years. I started seeing him 3x per week a few weeks ago, and my back feels great now! I still get pain, but it is not nearly as bad as it used to be, and I haven't needed any pain pills in the last few weeks. Dramatic improvement for me. Extremely frustrating experience here each time. I firmly believe a healthcare facility of any kind shouldn't double as a daycare. Each time my husband and I come here is just as frustrating if not more frustrating than the last. It's a shame because the massage therapist is fantastic but the whole point of a massage is relaxation and healing which can't happen with children constantly screaming outside and rattling the doors trying to open them mid-massage (the masseuse then rushing to hold the door closed because the locks don't work well for the room). That is basically the opposite of relaxing. Then there is when you try to go for chiropractic adjustments and are tugged on by his children while on the table or he splits his attention trying to calm one child or another while working on you. I could go on but feel I've painted the picture well enough. One major issue corrected and this place would be great. read more
