Emily and Alec have been absolute godsends to our two fur babies and to our family in general. We made a quick decision to rescue two pups living in less than desirable conditions. Their quality of life has improved exponentially and we absolutely love them both! Knowing we had a long trip planned in less than two months away, we said let's get the pups and we will just figure it out. Kennel was not an option. Emily is super communicative, understanding, flexible, and helpful in terms of scheduling, billing, and all administrative matters. She set me up with Mary, who has been caring for my two cats when I travel for work (which has been pretty consistent). I couldn't be happier with the services I received; I feel like it's a family member coming into my house. She gives daily reports, sends wonderful pictures, and reports if anything seems amiss. She is always dependable and reliable which of course is important, but I choose her because of her genuine love she has for animals.
