I didn't feel appreciated as a customer, and the staff appeared hurried and uninterested. The entire encounter was uncomfortable because the equipment appeared to be antiquated and poorly maintained. Furthermore, the service was clumsy and unclear, with no genuine direction or explanations--just a "next" mentality. I had much higher expectations for the pricing. In general, it seemed like they are more concerned with getting individuals through than with offering high-quality service.
