I don't think I've ever been here more than 5 minutes without at least being acknowledged-no matter how busy they were, even if I was looking at cheap stuff. I can't review the service department, as I have no experience with that, but I haven't heard anything negative either. The parts department has been very friendly & helpful on the few occasions I interacted with them The only reason I didn't rate McDuffie's 5 stars is due to my lack of experience with the the service department. That's a critical component when purchasing a $12,000 to $72,000 fishing boat! Having met the owner on several visits I have little doubt that it's run like the rest of his business- a tight ship! We called them when we left to let them know we were on the way. They close at 5pm. Arrived there at 4:40 pm. We inspected our unit and found that some of the seals were done very sloppy. So we said something to them about it. Two of the employees began to fix it. The owner came out and yelled at his wife and told her to leave and go to her event, pointed at the other employee and told him to go inside and do his job, and then turned and pointed at me, a female, and told me I could come back another day and get my camper. Let's just say it went down hill from there! How the owner acted was very unprofessional and we will NEVER use them again! If you own a business and have employees who work for you, then you need to double check behind them to make sure the job is done correctly! When you don't then you are responsible for fixing the mistake even if it's after hours!
