When did no call/no show become acceptable? You made the sale so now it doesnt matter? Why am I being put at the end for the service call list after you failed to show up or call? If you failed to make someone's meal would you cook the entire restaurants meals before going back to cook theirs? NO, of course not, but that is exactly what you are doing to us...This is after spending tens of thousands to have them install the generator in the first place. I understand the area is hard hit, and I can excuse a lot as a result, but THIS, is TOTALLY AND ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE BY ANY STANDARD, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.... UPDATE - IT IS NOVEMBER 1st and I STILL have not had someone come out, make contact, set an appointment or respond in any way....Where are you? Where is the help? Last summer the Air conditioning wasn't working. The owner himself comes out and says that nothing is wrong. The next day it's over 90° in the house! Another guy comes out and the damn compressor, the most Important/ expensive part) is broke. Hmmm. It's under warranty and Heath tells us that it will be around $750! I felt like I was being raped so I called the guy who put in the unit originally. His price was about HALF! So on top of the ridiculous estimate, Heath charged us $100 for his first visit of 10 minutes to say the AC was fine. My wife actually had gave him a check which I made her cancel. When Heath found out he started texting my wife. To the point that I had to call him and tell him that if he texted or threatened her 1 more time he would get a very up close and personal visit from me. Needless to say he didn't respond. He can bully a woman I guess but not a man. I'm certain they tried to take advantage of the situation due to dealing with my wife. Idiots. Don't trust them. Especially if you are a Woman!

Did not show for first appointment(5th) When called the next week…read moreTechnician had apparently firgotten about the service call and said he would be right out(12th) , Came out and basically looked at Dishwasher and said "It needs Jet Dri" after being told the elemnt wasnt working , Checked element and said he would have a new one next week and would come on Friday (the 19th), After a noshow I called and was told the part had not been ordered and it would be the next Friday (26th). Caaled to confirm todays appt at 10:45 and was told that I wpuld get a call back within the hour , Finally at 2:35 I called them back and was told it would be tomorrow(27th) before my dishwasher would be repaired!!!-That remains to be seen .

This company is awesome. Came out within an hour, quoted me $680 and said it would take 1 maybe 2…read morehours. They returned a week later, did the work in under an hour and told me they over estimated and it would be less expensive. Turned out to cost $330. Just for reference, I called another company first, was charged a $75 estimate fee they didnt even tell me over the phone. Then they didnt even do an inspection and said it would cost $1,500. I asked what the $75 was for and they said they'd give it back because they really dont know what it will take to do the job. So I called Waller Heating and Air because a neighbor had a great experience. Jonathan was great and they cleaned up after themselves and were gone before I knew it! I even purchased four additional filters so I can have extra.
