My daughter went to a party with a princess face painter and that was her birthday requirement at her party. From start to end, the transaction and experience was seamless and professional. When I booked, they answered all of my questions, explained everything so throughly and was patient and kind. She was very reassuring about how things would go and explained the process to the T. I have to add, that her phone voice added to the princess vibes, just so sweet, cheerful and princessy and totally had me feeling like I was at Disneyland!! They stayed true to their follow up, saying they would touch base and calling when they said they would. Ariel introduced herself the day before the party, did a quick run through and discussed the same thing that the phone princess told me- Everyone was on the same page and Ariel picked up where the phone princess left off. I did not have the full experience (face painting, story time, and coronation ceremony) as one would have if they were to book them for an event. We had the most amazing Princess Rapunzel come to my daughter's birthday! She did a great job entertaining the kids. I loved that she went with the flow, because when they were sitting down playing a game, one of the kids started playing with a ballon in the air. Then all the kids became distracted by it. I was very impressed by her because instead of changing their focus, she rallied for all of them to stand up and play keep the balloon in the air! All the kids were overjoyed and happy to play with the balloon and the princess. After just a few minutes of that, she got right back onto her schedule, and sang and danced with the kids. When she started singing, I swear all the kids and adults stopped what they were doing. She had THE MOST SPECTACULAR VOICE! My guests came to me and asked if I hired an opera singer! My daughter loves all the princesses, which is why the theme to the party was literally all the princesses. So when Rapunzel started singing other princess songs for her, she could not believe it! My little one sang along with Rapunzel to all her princess favorites. It was truly touching to have her there. Highly recommended!
