Mya's Locksmith came through when I needed them most; and that is what matters in customer service. Mario was my technician and he was completely professional. I called for a very inconvenient lockout of my home on a cold day, with my family waiting in the car. The dispatcher answered and gave me a realistic wait time and provided me the name of the technician (Mario). I received an update that Mario was on the way. When he arrived, we were faced with a challenge due to the type of lock. I explained some concerns I had with potential damage of the lock. Instead of selling a point and dismissing my concerns, Mario listened to an alternative way and then went with that course of action. It turned out to be a quicker and easier option. Mario even climbed to the second story to ensure the job was complete. It took him less than a minute to get the in once he got going. I couldn't have asked for a better experience despite the aggravation of being locked out. To top it off, I was insistent on giving Mario a tip and he respectfully declined and just asked to keep his company in kind for future service needs. You guys 100 percent have my referral and praise. You'll never hear me complain about the price giving the circumstances and having very limited options. what can I say?! Is there more than a 5-star rating on YELP for above and beyond services?! My story could be made into a movie, it has drama, intrigue, danger (stuck on top of a mountain!), urgency and 3 beautiful boys (my sons) who needed to get from a mountain top to a suburb near Wash, DC in a car that had keys locked in the trunk! All this on one of the busiest days of the year - the Sunday POST Thanksgiving! Yes, I tried EVERYTHING in my car first before calling my roadside service provider (GEICO will NOT be getting a good YELP rating!) who said they covered everything but could not get me a tow truck (mountain was a problem) OR a locksmith because "lock-out" is NOT keys in trunk and locksmiths would NOT agree to open up the trunk! I called a local dealership - but the "parts guy" was understandably not a round on the Holiday/Sunday. All this took 3 hours of back/forth...BUT then I GOOGLED "mobile car key service" and "MYA LOCKSMITH" popped up. NOT only did my stress levels dissipate within moments by Diego (a.k.a. "Erez") on the other end of that phone...but he sent "Gal" who literally had just driven up from Florida! Gal showed NO fatigue...rather empathy for my "dire straits". I drop my Smart Key between the two front seats of my 2012 Nissan Altima about two weeks ago. I could not find the smart key so I purchased another smart key. Diego, is an excellent represenative for Mya Locksmith Company, after being locked out of my car and literally stranded overnight by my own insurance company roadside assistance, they did'nt have anyone to pick up the job until 9:00 am the following morning ( luckily for me I was able to stay inside my job lounge area, but what if I did'nt have that option). Then I started receiving calls from my roadside assistance agent that they are still trying to dispatch a company to assist me, by this time I'd had enough! Perfect solution to a tricky process: Having lost one of our 2 "remote" Subaru keys, we contacted half a dozen locksmiths in our area looking for someone to cut and program a replacement. Most were unable or unwilling to undertake the job. But Diego at Mya knew exactly what was needed, and he had the knowledge. equipment, and patience = to make a perfect replacement, despite obstacles in Subaru's key registration system. He also quickly made an extra "valet" key at a very reasonable price. Altogether, the cost was less than half what we'd have had to pay a dealer. I lost the key to my car and called all over my local area looking for a replacement. I don't have a spare so the key had to be created from scratch and have a code programmed into it. This has never happened to me before and was pretty shocked at the pricing I was getting from dealers and locksmith companies. I was being quoted between $275 - $600 and told I had to have my car towed to them! I called Mya Locksmith and Diego not only beat all the prices I was being given he came to me...AFTER HOURS. Today I had a horrible horrible day - I lost my keys and phone in a river, got lost and separated from my friends, hitchhiked without a phone, and then when I did get reunited with my friends, one of them was having a grand Mal seizure. the three cops who showed up with the ambulance tried to get my car unlocked for about half an hour and all failed, but damaged my doors in the process. four hours and a couple mental breakdowns later, my friend called Mya for me and then we borrowed a car to drive back to where my locked car was, to find Ryan had got the door open and was working on a key for me. Lost our only van key fob yesterday, and after looking high and low and concluding it had slipped into an alternate universe, we caved and called Mya Locksmith. They gave us a totally reasonable quote over the phone (on a Saturday) and were here within 20 minutes to give us a new programmed fob. After 24 hours of panicked, angry searching and phone calls to every place we'd been the day before, this was like a soothing balm to our souls. It took about 5 minutes to undo that awful feeling! My key broke off of my fob last night and I could not start my car. I had it towed this morning and my dealership told me it would be about $400 for the fob and the key and would take 2 weeks.
