They have a very comfortable clean office. You don't mind waiting here at all. They have some pictures hanging on the wall that looked like they had a story behind each one. The office is decorated very well. There was also two well behaved dogs in their own gated section of the office. There is a tv to keep you occupied. Scott wrote up the estimate he is very thorough and detailed. He is also very knowledgeable about the repairs and car insurance companies. They even had a gift for first time customers that brought their kids! 1 free Hot wheel! You don't see or experience great customer service much anymore but this place gave it all! As a trusted repair shop via my insurance company, I expected MUCH better service - I WAS SO WRONG! To start off, I was told to bring it the night before due to my work schedule. Only to get there & every entrance was blocked by a show vehicle (keep in mind, I had an appointment time). Therefore, I had to inconvenience someone else to take my car the next morning while I went to work. From there, my completion date was changed AT LEAST 5 times, I stopped counting after awhile! I realize some things change, but this was utterly ridiculous seeing as how it was just a crack in my bumper! Not to mention the amount of times that I had to call to get an update on my car, only to be told "you were on my list". The miscommunication is seriously laughable. When I finally got a call my car was ready on Friday, I received another call Monday telling me it would be ANOTHER week! Literally a bad dream at this point. God forbid I don't have another car accident anytime soon, but if I do, I will not be using the local "reliable dealership", I'll take my chances elsewhere and hopefully won't be without a car for an entire month!

When received car - have since been told there is no built in navigation system and I have to pay a monthly subscription fee to use navigation. Sales person admits to providing the wrong information. Using prior owners account to access navigation system when demonstrating use. Have asked for resolution from company. Offered to cover 1 year of subscription. Will keep car much longer than 1year. Cost of adding navigation system is between $5,000-6,000. Have opened complaint through Toyota customer service. Have called for follow up approximately 6 times and told I will receive call back from manager, and manager has never returned call. I called dealership myself and asked to talk with manager who was not available, and was told he (Matt) will call me back and he has not. Sold by giving false information from dealership.
