Two weeks after this payment I emailed her asking if she'd seen my payment and she said she would be busy with graduation events but that we could schedule a meeting. Never happened. I was never rude to her or staff despite how incredibly inconsiderate this is to a client (and bride). I moved my wedding up by 8 months to March 2020 in order to get the whole process over with. Ms. Juneau didn't provide any services, barely answered my emails before ghosting me entirely. She also doesn't provide a phone number on her website so when I asked to have her forward my number and email to her staff I never got a call, text, email or explanation to the total and gradual lessening of correspondence other than they were busy with other weddings and graduation events. I was apologetic at first. It's possible that she was prioritizing events in the order of their dates, but this is no longer a valid explanation considering she has blatantly refused to answer emails after I told her of my availability for a meeting, eventually asking for a refund. Still haven't heard from Fashioned Events in over a month and I'm in full wedding planning mode. Better luck at my next wedding?
