My first contact was answered immediately, and when I called to set an appointment I spoke with a…read moreclear confident young man who arranged to meet me the next day at a time of my choosing to reset my system timer and to check the effectiveness of my entire system. He arrived when he said he would, and within 5 minutes had the timer reprogrammed and instructed me how to set it. He went through each zone to verify all areas for maximum effectiveness of head arrangement and placement, noted heads that were not working and suggested angles and even capping heads that wasted water or realigning them. He calculated the cost of readjusting the system, replacing broken or misaligned heads, and gave me a very fair cost for maximizing my coverage and minimizing overwatering, and completed the work immediately not requiring me to schedule another day. I plan to have him return next year and give me a price and time estimate for putting a system in my back yard too. This fellow was logical, smart , efficient, and fair. Just the kind of person that I prefer to do business with.

They showed up on time, were thorough in their inspection, and at the end, while I didn't have a plumbing leak they could fix, they recommended courses of action to take to remediate based on their inspection, which revealed a gap in the base of a piece of clapboard far up the side of the house that we hadn't noticed before, and it was the reason the leak was only happening in wind-driven rain and not just heavy rain. Only wind could blow it up into that crevice. Ivan was the tech and was very knowledgeable and professional. Would definitely recommend them and use them again if a leak issue comes up.

Tomeco gave us a reasonable estimate for the work and his crew showed up promptly and completed the work with minimal sod disturbance. The drainage improvement was immediately evident and our yard went from a swamp to a lawn. We also had a leaking sprinkler head and we contacted Tomeco to fix it. He showed up the same day to see what was needed and he fixed it the next day. We also had a problem with an overflow cap on one of the drains and Tomeco responded to us quickly that he would be by to fix it promptly. We're very impressed by Savannah's Landscaping Services and we would not hesitate to recommend them.
