I was apart of an HOA and he made sure I stayed in compliance by cutting my yard on a biweekly basic. He maintained the shrubs and applied pine straw when it was needed. It is so hard to find a good lawn company in Savannah, let along get one to call you back! I called several companies & never heard back from most of them. Scientific Turf gave me a call within an hour of me leaving a voicemail, then they passed along my info to Eric who then gave me a call to go over a few things & get me set up for an appointment a day later. I was very happy that they were quick to respond & get me scheduled as our lawn has been getting worse by the day. We're brand new homeowners and our new construction sod was having some major issues. We tried a few things via advice on the internet but really we should have called a professional sooner than later. Eric was on time, a little early which is always good, professional and extremely KNOWLEDGEABLE. He walked our entire lawn & explained everything he was seeing, gave his thoughts & advice and then answered about 100 questions from myself. I told him I had bought a few products & tried them out and he took a look and everything and told me exactly how to use them. We currently have above ground sprinklers, and they are not taking on customers without in ground which is no problem, I just can't believe how thorough and willing Eric was to do a full walk through and assessment completely free. Most people would have realized we had above ground & realized we wouldn't be customers, then might have just said sorry we can't help.
