I reported this to Ack Ack and after a review I was told the tree looked fine, this after most of the leaves had fallen. An Illinois office of Agriculture saw the leaves and determined it was apple scab and I received a diseased tree. I was told nothing would be done and to wait until next year.It would probably recover if I sprayed it several times. Again I was told that the tree looked fine. I would caution any buyer to avoid rhis vendor. If the tree is healthy all is okay, but if you have a problem, they do not respond to help or replace diseased items. I can only give Ack Ack one star. Buyer beware.

The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because I was given a two day window (tues or wed) of when they would come and no one showed up and no one called. I called Friday and was told there was an accident with a truck and they would come the following week. I understand these things happen but would have appreciated a call as I had to reschedule with the man taking down our trees. Otherwise...great work. I told her I was coming in. I came in the store and immediately did not feel welcomed nor was I greeted immediately. Apparently not the woman I spoke on the phone with. I told this woman what I wanted and she said come back in an hour. Had I known that I would've never came to the shop. I was told over the phone that they would work with me and help me create a beautiful bouquet. After asking for the woman I spoke with who was busy. The lady frustratingly asked "do you wanna just add flowers to this vase of flowers?" Which tells me she was trying to rush me out of there. I did not appreciate the gesture. They were not accommodating and was not the most polite experience I had entering a flower shop.
