Never Does .. Finally after 3 times of the same response. she calls back to give me week of install, said she would keep me posted about any changes,. never does,, The week before install i called to verify......AGAIN no scheduler ...She calls back the next day to tell me my install would be pushed back another 3 weeks... After I questioned the lack of communication. Janet got very un professional with me. After bickering back and forth and going no where ..I told her i was leave a bad review.. ... Her response: " We don't need your Business. We have hundreds of happy customers. "We will fix your review and besides, Your 1 bad review wont hurt our business". .... I Never thought I would hear something like this from a Company with good review..... Especially in Times like this... I didn't choose Walker Stone ,My Builder Did.. .And they never communicated with him either.,

I cannot say enough positive things about Bailey and Pebble Creek. I have an 11 month old boxer pup…read morewho was CRAZY! He didn't want to listen. Pulled me across the yard on his leash. Jumped on my elderly father and my grandchildren. No one could even come to the house. He spent time with Bailey in a board and train program. My grandkids were actually able to visit while my pup laid still in the floor. I no longer worry about either of us getting hurt when I try to walk him. He is still a work in progress as am I but with the Pebble Creek crew, we actually have a life again. Bailey told me when we started training that "Having a dog should add to your life, not take from it." With her help, our baby has been a great addition to our life. When I say how important it is that our grandchildren could be around our doggie, I do not exaggerate. My oldest grandson is autistic and my youngest is blind. It was very important that our doggie be calm around the boys. The photos I have attached is from the first day when then boys were able to be around the dog.
