They have a very good inventory plus hot food and an excellent inventory of drinks. The bathrooms were the best I've seen on the trip not just cleanliness but by design, I talked to two employees and both were very personable and I complimented him on the bathroom and the employee I spoke to said she took pride in wearing the uniform, so she was a representative and she should took pride in establishment. This is the first time on my trip that I've found a bathroom that was up to, what I would call normal standards. I don't know what the other gas stations are like in town but I do not think that they could be better than this.

Either way must have been someone important bc she opened the door to let him in). Then when I asked her to let me pump gas she ignored me, then promptly locked the door again right after the other guy walked out. I drive quite a bit so I spend between $25 and $50 a night on premium gas there, but after that I'll never return to that station as long as that's how it's going to operate.

This location has a really clean restroom! They have a good amount of gas pumps as well for big trucks and regular cars . This particular Love's also has an Arby's attached to it. We stopped here briefly and were able to hop right back on interstate to head back to Sweet Home Alabama!

However for all those other ice fanatics out there, this is better than Chik-til-A AND Sonic, so you really need to check it out. Next is their coffee area. No more trying to figure out how many of those small individual creamers, they carry the large creamers so you pick and pour until you think it's enough-easy peasy! No more squirt/pump bottles where it takes an hour to get the appropriate amount of creamer. Cups are large as well so no more of those stupid small black so-called coffee cups. This store managed to completely sway my gas station loyalty from Speedway...and that's saying something. Very very well done RaceTrac!

They have your name brand Vera Bradley, Alex & Ani, Kate spade, yeti's as well as smaller etsy-like items in a decently sized store. They have cute women's clothing & jewelry in one room, displays for wedding registries, stuff for little ones, household items in a lake cabin theme in the back room, local Kentucky apparel/jewelry/food/alcohol. I'm not even a fan of Kentucky but I'd sport some of the jewelry. Seriously, best gas/convenience/gift shop ever! Stop through if you're on a road trip & in need of gas/a new wardrobe/last minute gifts/shopping trip.

My senior citizen handicap mother went in here to use the restroom. The staff decided to constantly harass her by knocking on the door and asking what she was doing in there. Their behavior was beyond threatening. When she got out of the restroom the manager told her the one restroom has a five minute limit. No signs. Some made up rule. There is an interstate that runs close to here and somehow this place manages to survive. The staff is a joke and have no patience. They put up slogan signs about community and when it comes down to it they want your money like every other business. Basic customer service and empathy for all people goes a long way. The staff seems to just show that to the town neighbors who put nice reviews on the yelp page. Keep driving.
