Where to start, had what was left of my bottom teeth extracted, had to tell them more novacain, got…read morethat, while the dentist fought getting one tooth loose, she slipped with the tool and it gouge the inside of my gum, I almost walked out after that, the assistant who should be keeping water and blood from filling my mouth turns away and I'm trying to get her attention because I was about to either swallow it or spit it out, the assistant was not happy that I was trying to get her attention by touching her shoulder. That day cost me $2800, for 5 or 6 teeth pulled, glad I had an upper denture already. Fast forward to getting both upper and lower dentures thru my insurance, upper fits great, lower is anything but symmetrical in the shape, biting down on some foods it just flips around my mouth, when it was being made and I was going there to check fitment they didn't let me look at it, I told them where spots were that didn't feel good or right. Finally I go to get the dentures and they have sign for them that I received them before they were even in my mouth. Now these are not the first dentures I have had so I know they might need some adjustments, I had to use a nail file to take care of problem spots,not the first time doing that, I know not to take to much material away. They said if there were any issues with them they could realign them, I don't think they can realign the bottom denture due to not having even material, I still need to make an appointment to see what they can or are willing to do to making the bottom better, definitely very disappointed in the quality of my lower denture. They were extremely kind and caring, explained everything and most importantly answered all my questions no matter how silly. They called me at home and went over everything before the surgery which put my mind at ease. The doctor and nurses were fantastic and I fell asleep quickly, waking up a short time later with everything done. Post op directions were given to me and my husband with paperwork as I was still a little groggy. I was wheeled out to our car and sent on my way with well wishes and instructions to call if needed. I didn't need to call because I followed all their instructions completely but the office did call and checked up on me. If I ever need more oral surgery I will go there again - but I'm hoping I don't have to!

Naturally, I was very anxious going into it, but Dr. Storoe made me feel comfortable and reassured from beginning to end. He was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. He walked me through everything he was doing, checked on me throughout the procedure, and made sure I was okay every step of the way. I never felt rushed or like I was just another patient. His staff is absolutely incredible as well. They were attentive, compassionate, and made me feel genuinely cared for. What really stood out to me was that Dr. Storoe personally called that evening AND the next morning to check on me and see how I was doing. That level of follow-up and genuine care is something you don't see every day. From the moment I walked in until after my procedure, I truly felt like I was in the best hands. They managed to squeeze me in last minute, and from the moment I walked in, they were nothing but kind and reassuring. As an autistic individual, I was really worried the experience would be overstimulating, but they went above and beyond to make me comfortable. They let me wear my headphones during the procedure, let me use my stress ball, and even held my hand when I needed it. Katie talked me through every step, explaining what was happening and what sounds I'd hear, which helped so much with the anxiety. And Dr. Storoe? He got my teeth out so fast it was honestly impressive. I felt genuinely cared for the entire time. If you need an oral surgeon--especially if you have sensory sensitivities or anxiety--I cannot recommend Dr. Storoe and Katie enough. I was dealing with wisdom teeth pain for 2 months and simply thought it was a tooth pushing. Each night was a headache and hard to sleep or even eat. I registered online (great option by the way) scheduled an appointment for Thursday to get an exam/x-ray. Come to find out they needed to be pulled. They were so accommodating and Maria explained to me so well of what the options were and how things could go. They were even willing to extract them for me the same day but I wasn't prepared. I scheduled for Friday morning instead (next day). During my visit I got to meet some of the nicest people that clearly LOVE their profession. Everyone from the front to the procedure itself were excellent in making my nerves calm for this. I would like to give a HUGE thank you to Maria, Andrew, Sonia, Dr. Bhatti, and Amanda, for helping to guide me with patience and compassion for the situation I was in. You all made a nerve wrecking situation very pleasant and 3 days later I have 0 pain whatsoever (I've had 0 pain since the procedure at all which is outstanding). I looked at 4 other places before finally discovering this place and I'm glad I did. People like the staff here are the type that should train others in every profession when it comes to how to treat people with kindness and the ability to have positive impacts in their journey! I had my wisdom…read moreteeth removed by Dr. Patel in April and despite being so nervous about the process, I would absolutely do it again because of how pleasant everyone made it! The office staff is so nice, assistants were very patient and kind, and Dr. Patel makes you feel very comfortable no matter how nervous you are. My after care was minimal because they prepped and handled my surgery so well! I hope I don't have a reason to go back in the future, but if I do I will be happy to return here!
