I thought he might have had an off day on my 1st visit, but 2nd and 3rd only got far worse, which were spread out over 6 months. He is the first doctor in my 25+ years who seems to genuinely **not care** about me getting better and helping me become a better patient. Having been married to an ER doc and being involved with docs for many years, from social circles, this is not a stellar patient advocate, nor educator, either. All attempts to ask questions resulted in one word replies and generally rushed out of the office. Take a look at my other reviews, it is the first 1-star -- ever. Unfortunately, it seems the bar is pretty low here in Phoenix, as compared to Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, and Detroit.

The center was very clean . My treatment went very well . I was very much well taken care of ! I also saw 2 techs that I knew . Because they at times substitute in filling in as techs at our Davita Tempe Dialysis center in Tempe, Arizona . I was offered a video visit but declined since I had already made an appointment. A little while later I got a call from someone I thought was a triage nurse but was actually the nurse practioner. So I didn't state all the symptoms and saved some for the nurse practioner visit the next day. Later I got a call from the office staff asking if I wanted to keep the appointment tomorrow since I had a video visit. I informed her that I was not aware that it was a video visit since I had already declined the video visit earlier and kept the appointment. She seemed surprised. I called back later and canceled the appointment. Someone had also called about my labs which I know have multi abnormal values and I declined reviewing them stating I was seeing someone in person tomorrow and she can go over them then. So, I guess I won't know what to do about the abnormal lab results as well. Needless to say I wont be returning due to the bumbling staff and the risk of things going sour the next time I attempt to see a nurse practioner. Disappointing since I planned on continuing to go there but now I won't be returning which probably don't really matter to them.

I must say our experience with the…read moreOB department was excellent every nurse every assistant and every tech were thoughtful kind and compassionate and the treated us like family. They knew what they were doing and most important they respected our needs. vs 2ND - FLOOR At 12am we were sound asleep and woken up by a transfer team to be moved to the 2ND -Floor. It was a nightmare. They said get up hurry up , telling us to throw everything on the bed , wheeled us up to the 2ND -Floor. No regard for patient sleeping and demanding we move now. We arrive to our new room only to have nurses and techs great us with a whirl wing of questions and protocols and procedures and we were barely awake. They made us feel like cattle/not sheep. It was unbelievable. 12am in the morning? Couldn't they waited till a reasonable time ?
