    Great office staff. Nice selection of products. Just wish they had a bigger area for parking and that they were open on weekends.

    The one star is because I couldn't give it 0 stars. I bought a Maytag washer & dryer from Badcock's…read morein Crawfordville in Sept 2015. Had problems with dryer , but it was repaired . Now it's the washer. I've had several repairs on the washer & in early September this year I have had 5 visits from the repair service and the washer is still not working . It needs another part!! I have contacted Maytag customer service, Badcock customer service, the Badcock store I bought it from & everybody is sorry I'm having such problems but no one can get me a replacement washer!! Really? Maytag had extended my warranty because I was having issues earlier & trying to get a replacement . Why is this such an issue? I think Maytag has spent more on the services & replacing parts than if they had just given me another washer!!! Even the repairman said it was the washer from hell!!! I've spent the last almost 2 months going to the laundromat doing laundry while a have a one year old washer that I paid 900. for & can't use!!! Can somebody help me please??? The last service was yesterday and they replaced the motor, but now I'm waiting again while they order a clutch!!! This has long since passed ridiculous!! When I was waiting for the motor to come in Badcock's customer service said they couldn't do anything because the part had been ordered? I called them back yesterday & did get a call from them today , she said she thought it had been fixed? I am waiting again for a call back, maybe Monday to see if they can do anything? What really has happened to customer service & standing behind your products ? I'm not being unreasonable, I don't think? Just think as a consumer dealing with what I thought was a good product I expected the situation to be handled a little differently it's really exhausting to deal with a situation like this , everybody you talk to just passes the buck!! It's not them it's the other one!!! Guess they think if they keep putting you off they will wear you down!!! The customer service I have received from the store, the Badcock customer service & Maytag is totally unacceptable!!! I will never buy another Maytag product, or shop at Badcock!! Not that it matters to any of them but I will tell everyone I see about this whole experience!! I'm guessing I'm going to be the one who loses because I'm sure I'm not going to get another washer. Guess I will wait another 10 days for the repairman to come out & see if there is yet another part he will have to order!!!! And in the end if the washer ends up being repaired how long before it breaks again!!!
