Dr. Bowling's has been in the eye practice for over 30 years. Today, I took Mom in for her yearly eye exam. The check in receptionist is really friendly. She verified all our insurance information prior to checking us in. The customers waiting to pick up their eye glasses we're full of chatter. Very pleasant atmosphere. I was please that they now have a digital scanner for your eyes versus your eyes being dilated. After your eye scan, you're seen by Dr. Bowling. He was precise and spot on about Mom's eye care and glasses needed. We were able to order Mom's needed glasses to be picked up in 2 weeks. I'm glad we chose MyeyeDr as Mom's provider. read more

Very thorough examination friendly staff answered all questions professional waiting time wasn't long

I have been to many eye doc over the years (esp getting older) and I have continued to go to My Eye Dr. Each visit has been quick and through. This visit, they had more test and a virtual doctor to assist with my visit. Never had that before but it was really good! Everyone was polite and we shared a good laugh with another patient who happened to be an uncle. They said he's gonna walk out looking like LL cool J. Oh, that made his day and gave us good laugh after he recited some of his lyrics. It was a pleasant visit and they have my for a lifetime patient! Very helpful and make you feel relaxed and not rushed. Oh and this visit I was explained everything I was paying for. Before I didn't understand but I was told everything I was getting. If you have a chance to get a FSA (flexible spending account) you can walk out not having to pull out your wallet. That was the icing for me. read more

All the people that I was in contact with in this office were nothing but polite and helpful especially Dr. Johnathan he was a real sweet heart. He made me laugh and comfortable with my eye exam. My husband bought new glasses. They cost about $900.00. He went to pick them up today. He was told they were unable to fit the new glasses for him. Yep, "we have your money, nothing to see here, move along".. So he just came home with new glasses in a bag. SERVICE, ATTN TO CUSTOMER NEEDS, VALUE OF PURCHASE,, ALL HORRIBLE!!! I needed new glasses and had a prescription from my local doctor who is a retinal specialist. My eyeglass insurance did not appear to be accepted anywhere near me. I saw this place, walked in and asked. And was thrilled to see they do. They have a very nice and varied selection. The staff was nice but professional and I never felt at all rushed. I did not have to wait around like I had at Lens Crafters the last time I bought glasses. And the prices were a wide range. Affordable. read more

Had a appointment set up for June 12 since April. I arrived for my appointment and was told it had been cancelled. They said they had tried to contact me. However, there was no message for my home or cell phone from them. I even went by last week to confirm my appointment. Sorry person making appointments and does not tell the truth. Now I have to wait until July 30. If you plan to go her the Doctor is okay but don't trust his appointment person. Makes his business look bad. read more

I have been a patient here for many years. I have diabetes and annual eye exams are very important. The doctor and his staff are very friendly and experienced. The best part for me is they have specialized equipment to check on how my eyes are being effected by my diabetes. I feel safe knowing I am in great hands. read more

Dr. Bowling is very caring and knowledgeable and the office staff is friendly and efficient.

I had a great experience with the optician part of this office. They were able to put corrective lenses in a pair of sunglasses that no one else in town was able to do due to the curvature of the lenses. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. The optometrist in this office is awesome as well but since becoming a part of MyEyeDr, this part of the practice no longer accepts my insurance; a real bummer. read more
