And the posted prices can be misleading because the listed price is for the most very basic of lenses. They were way off on positioning with a pair of my glasses so they had to be sent back to remake. The staff at the counter told me "it happens all the time, it could be the factory but it could be we mismarked you" so not exactly something that gives me confidence in their abilities... They also don't help at all with glasses previously purchased here. I had an arm of a pair that was loose and they wrote down the name and phone number of a repair place. When I went to a different eyeglass store for my next pair, that place made the quick repair for me even though they weren't purchased there!

There were 3 women there. I waited a good 5 minutes before the woman came out acting all annoyed that she had to start working. I told her I wanted to try on the pair in the window. She was just awful. Very rude and a lousy attitude. It was a terrible experience. I left and didn't get the glasses. I will never go back. Terrible service. NOT the lense because my dr installed a prism over the RX. I got a call my glasses are ready. I went to pick them up and they could not be found. The employee tried to give me a pair that was not mine. I had prepaid for my frame and explicitly instructed the lense was not to be changed but installed in the new frame. You have lost my glasses. I expect you will be wholly accountable for the expense of the frame, lenses, and the doctor appointments i had to receive this RX and prism. This is unacceptable. I am from Monroeville, PA
