This was my 1st visit. I had a thorough exam. The only reason, I did not give them 5 stars was the amount of time, it took the doctor to come in after the technicians had performed all the other tests. Semaj, who help me select my frames was AWESOME!! He listened to my needs and concerns and was able to select 5 frames for me to consider. He was very thorough, explaining my options and the costs as we we discussed each option. My frames came in and I am thoroughly pleased with them. As a matter of fact,, I Love them!! My left lens was cut incorrectly and i cannot see out of part of the lens. When i returned it, they said they would have to charge me $282 more to cut it with a high index lens. It just needs to be cut correctly, not upgraded to a high index lens. I already paid for the glasses and will not pay anymore read more

My wife needed new glasses due to a rapid change in her Rx. She got an appointment quickly and received very timely and friendly service. She got her new Rx and was allowed to use her two month old frames and simply have the lenses replaced. The previous place (usually great) had made the reading area way too small. We she had trouble, this office replaced the lenses without charge. read more

On 5-8-2024 I had a 10;20 appointment. Your office was recommended to me by the General Vision Services they stated you were a participating office. I was pleased to find this out due to the fact my wife and I have be patients for over 10 years. At your office Lisa was kind enough to check out my insurance information. She advised me that GVS was unknown to them and they had no information on my wife and I. Well I did get my exam for $64 dollars which normally would be covered. I did not purchase glasses due to the insurance problem. I was able to leave at 12:10 which is extremely unreasonable. The next day 5-9-2024 my wife had a 10:20 appointment. Just another mention we could not get two appointment together kind of frustrating since we live 30 miles away. We arrived at 10 AM after another round of insurance hassle and a two and a half hour wait we decided enough and left. We have come here for 7 yrs. Our vision insurance ALWAYS covered eye exam. It still does but this MyEye Doctor office refuses to accept it. They run the insurance info and say it isn't covered. I spoke with the Aetna rep and they state it IS coverered. My wife's contacts took 6 months to arrive last year. She had the exam and contacts were ordered. 6 weeks later we inquired about them. We were told they needed to be reordered. We did . 6 more weeks passed. No contacts. They finally arrived2 weeks later. The reps here were rude and condescending . Go elsewhere. read more

My husband came in for his check up, and wanted some new bi focals, after a long process of the eye exam and dilation, he waited another 30 mins to get glasses but was not seen, people came in after him and was seen to but still he sat, so he left with out new glasses. We are fed up being badgered by texts and phone calls reminding us of appointment, but when we get there treated like cattle, not good customer service at all. read more

Location- 129 Ferrell St. This evening my mother picked up her glasses and was treated with disdain, rudeness and attitude. She was there before another customer and apparently a gentleman told the worker my mother was there 1st. She started saying condescending things like.. are you having a bad day... do you feel better now. That worker knows who she is and what she said. My mom will never come there again and I will make sure to spread the word. One of these days she will do that to the wrong person and the outcome won't be the same. Unacceptable!!! Will not return to this establishment ever again. Appointment was scheduled in June 23, 2020. Glasses were ordered and we were told that the glasses would arrive a week and a half later. Two weeks passed without any notification. We called to find out that the whereabouts of the glasses were unknown. We received a call days later stating that the glasses would be in the office on July 24, 2020. They stated that we would have to schedule an appointment to pick up the glasses upon arrival or they could pass them to us through the door. Today is July 24, 2020 and we called back to see if we could pick up the glasses. They stated that the glasses were not there and that they did not know when we would be receiving them. They were not able to give us an ETA for the glasses either. They told us that the manager would call us back with the whereabouts of the glasses. We receive the call back, and the person that suppose to be the manager stated to us that he is not the manager. On top of everything, the manager that we need is not available to cancel our order and return our money. The worst customer service ever. read more

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable...The doctor actually listens to what you say and addresses any concerns your may have. A clean and nicely decorated office. Large amount of inventory for both glasses and contacts. Prices are very reasonable. read more
