Grief is hard enough without you cheating people! Follow up- spoke to owner, Gavin, who told me this was not the arrangement they sent but this is the one that has my name on it I told him. He said that cards get moved and put on the wrong ones at the funeral home. Fine, then fix it. He hung up on me when I told him I needed him to call the funeral home and get card on right arrangement. I called funeral home and they will see if the arrangement I did order in a white basket is there and switch cards. Meanwhile another owner, Chaise, called me and said that this was the arrangement and it is in a white basket. After emailing me pictures, it turns out it is in a brown basket however, the arrangement is still the same one that I was shown and not the one I ordered. I think the business is missing the point because it's not about the container it's about the actual flowers and how shortchanged they are and please don't tell me that substituting 2 roses for all the other flowers makes it equal. Just admit you didn't do right and apologize! If this is how you deal with customers not being happy, I feel bad for any other customers you might get. And Chaise told me he didn't like how I spoke to him and his employees although all I did was argue and raise my voice (no cussing!) because they still maintain that this is the arrangement that I ordered and apparently trying to get what you paid for, and customer service doesn't give you the right to be angry!

We were trying to find a gift shop to help commemorate our trip to Raleigh. It turned out to be a…read moredifficult feat. I found this one last second with about a half an hour before closing 11 minutes away from us. So we sped off get there in time. When we got there and walked through the little pink door, it was the cutest little shop. So my friend is visiting from Scotland and we wanted to get some kind of necklace or piece of jewelry that matched. They have a great selection. We opted for some lava rock bracelets that help with communication, truth, and strength. I grabbed a little shot glass that said North Carolina on it because I have to have a trinket from every trip I make. When we were checking out, she said that somebody wanted to donate a basket to somebody that they had bought and wasn't gonna pick up so we ended up getting a free basket from Krystal! That was the sweetest thing. We were like two little school girls opening it up and dividing all of the little snacks inside. So thank you for making the end of our trip wonderful!!

The woman I spoke with at Holley's was extremely sweet and helpful. She told me that for $50 (price range I suggested) I could get a "real nice" arrangement, and she wasn't lying. This arrangement was gorgeous and perfect and HUGE. Far bigger and nicer than anything I have ever gotten from FTD or ProFlowers for the same price. You could definitely get a nice arrangement from Holley's for far less than $50-- that's just what I spent. Also, despite me placing the order over the phone and knowing next to nothing about flowers, they were able to create a gorgeous bouquet that exceeded my expectations simply based on my color preferences alone. I would definitely recommend Holley's to anyone. I have never been so pleased with a florist before.
