I wish I could give this place zero stars. I just left there…read morea few minutes ago (6/6/19) after having the worst experience of my life. I spent last night in the emergency room, sick as a dog, due to a kidney stone. I was in a lot of pain, not feeling well, and really not in a great mood today, but I needed medicine to help me feel better. When I went to get my prescriptions today (6/6/19) at around 4:20, I was asked for my ID because one of my scripts is a strong pain killer. The woman who waited on me, a middle-aged crone with glasses, made a big deal over my picture. In my picture, I look very young. It's an old ID and my address is old. I'm currently getting a new one. She made such a fuss over it, claiming I (a 35 year old man) looked like a child. She continued to go on and on about it, getting her coworkers curious about it, and all of them were talking about my picture, and she kept saying how she wanted to take copies of it just to make sure. I've been the person I am all my life. I had my social security card and my birth certificate in my wallet. I would have happily provided them for her. I even had my old college ID too. I have never been so humiliated in my life. To be treated by a pharmacy, with such rudeness. I left crying. I tried so hard not to break down in the store. It's hard enough being sick and in pain, but to be treated with such disrespect and rudeness when trying to get medicine, it's disgraceful and shameful.... And I plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and I may take legal action. I have never been so humiliated and made to feel so low in my life. I should have went with my instincts and went to CVS. I've never been treated rudely there.

Called again around 11:30 a.m. and again at 1:30 p.m. and was told no baby chicks had arrived. At 3:00 p.m. physically stop by there and was told again no baby chicks were available. At 8:30 a.m. Thursday morning I called and still got told on the phone no baby chicks had arrived or were available. Called again 11:30 same answer different person. My husband called at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday and they answered the phone the same lady who had just spoke to me at 11:30, told him that all they had left were buff orpingtons left from the Wednesday delivery and the leghorns had sold out first thing Thursday morning. So why when I call and ask am I being told there are none available but yet you have sold out of them now? We each spoke to different associates and were told same thing about not having any in. All day Wednesday. Half a day Thurs. Is this how you train your employees to lie to potential customers over the phone ? Will not be doing any business with them furthermore. I did buy most of our chicks there previously but if this is how they do business now a days I will spend my money elsewhere.
