Near the end of the original pickup window, I was notified they were running late and asked to move the pickup to 3:00-5:00 p.m. While frustrating, I understand delays can happen. After waiting through almost the entire second window, they contacted me again and asked to reschedule for the following day. At that point, they were essentially asking me to spend another day waiting for a service that had already been delayed twice. Based on my experience, I can't recommend this company because they were not reliable with their scheduling.
