So, thru dropped us instead of working with us because it was getting expensive I was having to replace lots of things that they would just break and not even care about so the owner is nice but I don't think he has any knowledge or control over his employees. so they just keep doing it I'm not even sure if he talks to them about it when they do do it so they were great company for a long time except for the breaking of everything and the inability to work with us instead of against us regarding this matter, was a big thumbs down in my opinion, which is disappointing because they started out doing great in the beginning but they got more difficult less caring one way or the other as time went on.
