Have been told by a bunch of people about the wings. Convinced a bunch of people from the office for us to get some. The 5 of us all agreed theyre the best wings in the area. Would not recommend unless you like your girls sporting cellulite and stretch marks. Came here to the "after dark" side of the club (fully nude) at 930 PM on a Friday night. You would think prime hours to be at a strip club. The cover charge was $20 plus a two drink minimum. Well the place was dead. About 5 or 6 girls filtered in but left just as soon as they entered. Only three of them danced on stage. They kept saying the place would "get busy later". Just about all of them approached me to try and sell a dance but put in very low effort and you could tell they were just trying to make money. And before you say "well it's a strip club", keep in mind I've been to many clubs where the girls actually try to seem interested. Here it was just the opposite. And anyway, why would I pay to have some middle aged, single mom that weighs 200 lbs jump on my lap for 10 minutes. These girls just looked gross. Place was a total ripoff for the cover. One of my friends works there they screw the girls out of their money. Holding it for days on ends. Accuse ones of prostitution steal their money. Ban people who are they for their friends who are working and spending money because they cannot do their own security. Lazy ass security and instead of having girls get a Uber they go ahead have balls to ask for giving their girls a ride home who get drunk then go ahead and ban you the next day. My first experience here was ridiculous. I went in with a few friends and the door man was SUPER rude. He sat there talking to one of his friends for a long time before he acknowledged us. Once he did I explained it was my first time there and that I didn't know if we had to pay to get in or what we needed, I was OVERLY nice because I was super excited since again it is my first time here, and he said (very rude) he wasn't going to let my friend in because of his pants. He was wearing grey well fitted sweat pants. There is no dress code posted online, I am very disappointed, offended, and embarrassed by the host lack of politeness and just how bizarre that experience was. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Hands down worst strip club I've ever been to in my life. Came up from the city last night for a friends bachelor party, I didn't have too high hopes for a strip joint in Connecticut, and this place did not disappoint being even worse than expected. I like to have a good time on the occasions when I visit one, so when I walked in I followed my usual routine of changing $200, and bought a bottle of Moët. Then woman working the bar informs me that I get a table with the purchase. Ok cool, even though there were about 10-12 people in there at midnight on a Saturday and it was basically open season on any table you wanted, but nevertheless. So I go to the stage and notice they weren't getting fully naked, so we asked if it was topless only. One of the suits lets us know that there's a whole separate side of the establishment that gets fully nude, but we can't have alcohol there. Uh, ok? He then lets us know that we can actually only have champagne over there, but they have to bring it over there for us. I show him the freshly opened bottle with about two sips taken from it, and have him ask the manager if she can have someone walk it over there since I just bought it. Comes back, manager refuses and says that if we want to drink champagne over there then we have to buy an additional new bottle, ($230 if you're taking notes). Ok fuck this, I'll just stay here with my one bottle because if this side was any indication of the other, it wasn't exactly a beehive of activity to say the least. So I tried to have a good time and make the best of it, throwing some singles and drinking my bottle. Here comes the suit again. Apparently they've taken issue with me walking around with my bottle, and tell me I need to sit at my table. Wtf?! I'm guessing these people would be absolutely appalled if they ever walked into a real strip club in Miami or Atlanta where HALF THE FUCKING PATRONS ARE WALKING AROUND WITH BOTTLE IN HAND HAVING A GOOD TIME. At this point I was done. Guzzled what I had left and we took off back in our party bus to seek out better offerings. If this place had any clue, they'd lighten up and possibly have more than a dozen people in there during primetime on a Saturday. I live in Westerly, didn't feel like a Providence trip- so I went to Mynx in Groton, against my better judgement. I'll echo what people have told me...High prices, low-end street girls. Paid twice at the door. Could not enjoy a drink without broke strippers requesting drinks, food, money for house fees, shots by the shot girls, etc. Very awkward & uncomfortable. Finally gave in for a 15 minute room which was $150, but looked at my card this morning and noticed a $200 charge. The dancer even requested a tip afterwards, and rolled her eyes when it probably wasn't what she expected...sorry, didn't know tipping was required. I believe the girls work with the staff to hustle every dollar from it's patrons. Since 4 guys at the door put you at the mercy of the girls- So beware!
