From the moment we arrived, it felt like we were invisible. None of the entertainers made any effort to engage with us or even approach our table. What made the experience even more frustrating was that it appeared several of their boyfriends were in the club. We frequently saw the entertainers spending time with them instead of interacting with customers, which we were the only ones. After finishing their dances, many of them would simply gather at the bar together rather than work the room. I've been to plenty of establishments like this over the years, and I've never experienced such a lack of customer service or such little interest in engaging with guests. The atmosphere felt awkward, unwelcoming, and honestly like the staff didn't want to be there. What was supposed to be a fun birthday celebration quickly turned into a disappointment. We ended up finishing one drink and leaving after 20 minutes. The only bright spot of the evening was the bartender. She was friendly, entertaining, and kept us laughing with her stories. If it weren't for her, the experience would have been a complete waste of time. Sadly, we won't be returning.
