The treatment is basically very VERY deep tissue massage but isolated to specific areas and with very high pressure. The pressure was almost unbearable and this was not an easy thing to endure. But after hitting each area I could tell the muscles were relaxing and lossening up their pressure on my spine and nerves. This helped me get my back to normal immeasureably.
