I can't even begin to explain how awful it was... and after about 24 hours of torture, I desperately searched for an acupuncturist. Since the only review for this place was written by someone who obviously knew nothing about acupuncture (WTF does chiropractic have to do with Chinese medicine?!) and didn't even use their services, I didn't let it deter me. Thank goodness for that! The woman running the place (I did not get her name) was very loud, and I wasn't positive she understood what I was trying to explain. It nearly caused me to leave, but I'm so, so glad I didn't. I have a lot of experience receiving acupuncture, and I know when someone knows what they're doing. And, to make a long story short, my pain was completely gone after that one session and ***has not returned***! It is a few weeks later now, and I have not had a single spasm! I cannot believe how effective this session was. She is a miracle worker! Even my very talented acupuncturist back home was impressed. If you have back pain especially, do not hesitate coming here. After the accident my husband spent 6 months off from work with terrible back and leg pain, numerous visits to Physiotherapy and Doctors had little relief so we looked at having Acupuncture. His first visits were to the Strood branch which closed one week without any notice or cancellation of appointments and he was reluctant to carry on as it didn't appear to make any difference (apart from the brief relief during treatment) but we looked up another anyway and so glad we did. They suggested Massage alongside the Acupuncture and went through everything with us beforehand. They recommended some additional products to use at home as well us advising how and where extra massage / stimulation should be done too. Within a couple of months there was a huge difference. Where's before my husband couldn't even sit for any period of time without immense pain he was now able to do light activities. It wasn't cheap though and appointments were every week to start but we eventually got it down to every 3, treatment here went on for around a year and since emigrating 9 months ago he has not had any further treatment and the problem hasn't returned! At times we did feel they were a little pushy with having us buy extra products but they did actually help so I guess they were just doing what was best for my husband. If anybody is contemplating going here I would say ''go for it''. They did a great job and I finally got my fully functioning husband back!

Within 24 hours I had no pain, the lady time I hurt my back I was off work for the weeks. So I was extremely happy with the result. She also have me some medicine to try to reduce my sweating, not only did it help my hair has started to grow! I've been bald for 20 years so that was a good surprise.
