They just listened to it without opening it up & concluded I needed an electric control board. 1st order was wrong part, then delays happened, I had to keep following up. Finally correct part installed April 15. Not sure if I needed a full control board & not sure if part was actually new. Will only know if legitimate after running dishwasher several times. Very polite and nice gentlemen. Did some google comparison, cost was compatible, however, not sure if actually needed a new control board or just needed a wire, machine just over 2 yrs old.
