Fanny responded to my email quickly with a message to text her, which I did, and within 10-15 minutes, she coordinated with me to set up an appointment for my mother & I. Fanny showed up promptly on time on the day of our appointment and was very efficient at getting through four documents to notarize for us. To make everything even better, she is fluent in Cantonese which was helpful to my mom. Fanny, rates are very, very reasonable and it was easy to pay her using Venmo (she also takes cash or check). She charges an amount for the travel distance (which is a reasonable amount within SF) and a rate for each signature to notarize.
