I spoke with Amber - I hope I'm getting her name right because she was so pleasant and courteous. I described the photo I found. She pulled it up. I described a few small changes I wanted to make and Amber obliged. The total price was very reasonable and well within the amount I wanted to spend, even after adding a small balloon bouquet. The day of delivery, I received a photo of the final product and another photo of the delivery at the dorm door, and another follow up text that it was accepted at the door.
