Photo was taken on Day 2. It was $50 (pre-tax). Pricing differs obviously, depending on your flower choices. *DESIGN / AESTHETICS / BEAUTY* They do everything, based on review photos. However, I think you'll have an even better experience if the florists' eye for beauty matches yours. I notice they REALLY do well with orders that have orchids, lilies, etc. That "zen", Asian-style arrangement. For my bouquet, I could clearly tell what the color theme was (pink, yellow, white). I was understanding at the time, especially since I was already running late. Unfortunately, by 9:45 AM no one had arrived. I became increasingly anxious, as I was on my way to my cousin's funeral in Sylmar and was coming from Westminster. Being forced to wait an additional 30 minutes was extremely frustrating given the circumstances. When I attempted to call Carlos again for an update, my calls were no longer being answered. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of apology or effort to acknowledge the inconvenience. There was no attempt at customer service or reconciliation despite the situation. I also paid $136 for the arrangement when I was initially quoted $125, which I did not mind at the time because I had previously enjoyed purchasing flowers here and had only positive experiences in the past. Today was different. The lack of communication, accountability, and empathy resulted in me arriving late to my family's service. Given the nature of the occasion, this was especially upsetting. The ordering process was easy, however, I never received any confirmation or receipt even though it was promised. The flowers were supposed to be set up before the funeral service around 8:00 am. They did not arrive until 10:30 am during funeral mass. My flowers were missing the ribbon, instead they added a small bouquet card that they hand wrote inside the church. Even worse, the stand they brought with them snapped 2 minutes after they set the flowers up. Grieving family members had to get up during mass and clean up the mess.

The stands they brought were flimsy and unable to properly support the arrangements, making the setup look unstable and poorly prepared. Guests had to support. Overall, the professionalism and communication were not there when it mattered most. During a time like this, reliability and respect are essential. They chose to deal directly with the grieving family (who didn't know what we paid), which felt completely inappropriate and dishonest. When I called, Nelly the owner, admitted it was their mistake but initially only offered a $50 refund. After pushing for a full refund, they said they would only do so if they could take back the flowers from the family, which is incredibly unprofessional and puts the family in an uncomfortable position. She tried to guilt us by saying that we were arguing about money, and this is something we shouldn't care about for someone who just passed away, which was incredibly insensitive as we are dealing with the loss ourselves. Very disappointing experience, especially for something as important as a funeral. I would not recommend, the resolution process lacked professionalism and accountability.
