You're basically in the middle of no where and what do you see driving down the 40 east- a random sign for honey! There's a flag and a wooden sign. To the right, there is a stand-alone RV shop. We pulled up on the dirt road and walked in. Oddly, there was no one! However, there were lots of jars of honey, a fridge of bee pollen and they also sell royal jelly if you request it 24 hr in advance! While there is no one inside, you are being watched on a cctv. You'll see the monitors right away. But it's nice to know they trust the community and strangers enough to have them pay and walk away with the honey products. Their honey is one of the BEST quality honey I have ever tried. Such a great find to stumble upon in Needles, CA. Tips- bring exact cash, you won't get change. If you're local, they will take check. But absolutely no I.O.U. I was bummed I only had enough to buy the small jar of honey- so bring some smaller bills so you can buy what you want! read more

Mystic Maze Honey is truly the best honey in the entire southwest. Their rich, pure, and deliciously sweet honey pairs well with my morning coffee, chicken/meat marinade, teas, etc. I even have a spoonful on its own for my dessert sometimes! Their honey is locally produced and unlike store-bought honey, Mystic Maze Honey is pure, thicker, and reasonably priced. They also sell pollen which my mom sprinkles on her food and coffee and has found to help with her local, seasonal allergies. Mystic Maze operates out of a small trailer which is typically open from 8am-5pm daily. It's located right off US-HWY 95, super close to the I-40. They also operate on an honor system, meaning its all self-serviced. You retrieve what you want which is labeled with its respective price, and pay for it by placing your cash in an envelope and slipping into the payment drop-off box. I am a Bullhead City native, who now lives in Phoenix, and always make it a requirement to stop by and purchase my honey.
