Found this place through online reviews, and just want to make a clarification for anyone who also is looking for a coffee shop while passing through town: this is definitely a mechanic shop first, and a coffee shop second. That being said, the staff was so friendly, and the atmosphere was clean and super aesthetically pleasing. They were out of a few drink options, but were very attentive and we really enjoyed the drinks that we did get. Definitely many steps up from going to a Starbucks! read more

OK, there are coffee shops, and then there are more coffee shops. There's ubiquitous Starbucks, drive thrus, gimmick places, and you name it... but this place is the most authentic I have found in a very long time. And who would believe it would be in the heart of Needles, California! Ready to cross the desert, we needed a brew to liven us up. We checked Google maps, and this place came up! We are so glad we took the effort to go a very short distance to try it out. What is amazing is that you can have an amazing coffee while also having your oil and filter changed, tires rotated, and ac checked. It's a small little business that does it all off the beaten path of the notorious places around town that rip people off with unneeded repairs needing to be done when stopping for gas. Yes, 60 Minutes even did an expose on it several years ago. Needles has a reputation and not a good one! This place is small, super clean, and very upscale and contemporary! Watch out Needles, trendy design is on the way! Now for the coffee. We got two mid-size lattes, I believe 16oz. The barista was wonderful, friendly, and such a professional perfectionist at making coffee. He was so meticulous at every step, and the brew was phenomenal. So delicious. It made the drive across the desert a delight, and nowhere near the cost of a Starbucks version, at better quality! So, if passing through Needles- STOP, and have a great brew, not that far off the highway, in town. read more

These guys are the original cars and coffee. Yes, they did a perfect oil change on my 2011 Tacoma. The pluse side of filter change, while you wait, they have a nice coffee shop on the property. You can relax and have a latte or a coffee at a much better price than Starbucks ! I highly recommend you try both the oil change and take a gander at the different coffees on the menu. read more

I really appreciated this little coffee stop on my way to the Grand Canyon! My iced latte was just okay to be honest, but the service was great and it was a super cute shop. It's also cool that it's in a little old town that looks like nothing has changed in 50+ years & has a body shop attached to the coffee shop. May not be cool to some, but to me it is lol I'd return again if I pass by and need an iced coffee to get me through another road trip. read more
